I ordered a LARGE pep pizza, was given a medium, I ordered a Pepsi with it, they didn’t have any and the girl didn’t know how to do refunds so I left before my food got cold since I had to walk, now I can’t even turn around and bring back the medium because I already walked all that way. Hope y’all enjoy the extra cash you just took from me that I gave you for free without my consent, super cool. I’ve been a customer like ten years, I’ll probably think twice about where I’m getting my food from from now on.

I ordered food for my kids. I can’t do pick up because I just had a hysterectomy. I ordered the big box deal and made it a point to order a cheese pizza with very little sauce for my toddler. What I got was a cheese pizza with extra sauce. I called the store immediately. Their excuse was that if the manager doesn’t tell the cooks it’s a special request they don’t know. I explained my situation and requested a new pizza. But only for the one that was incorrect. He said there’s nothing they can do after talking to his manager. I was upset because now I have an update 4 yr old plus I can’t drive down there. He said all they can do is make a note so that next time I order they make sure my order is correct. I was like ok so does that mean I’ll have a discount for next time since you guys can’t correct my order even though it was your mistake? He said have a good day and hung up on me. Now I’m stuck wiping every slice for him. I wouldn’t have a problem if I wasn’t in so much pain.

My pizza was fantastic. My wings however were very under sauced. I ordered Buffalo wings and half of them were basically plain. No sauce left in the container to even dip them in. Also, they don’t give you a single dipping sauce for free with your wing purchase. I had to pay extra for a tiny ranch packet. I would expect at least one sauce with my ten dollar 8 wing purchase. Again, the pizza was very good though.

They gave the order to Door dash without telling me. Took the order being made twice to get to me and it ook two hours. The first Door dash driver didn’t even deliver it. No call to let me know they were on site. The store tried to make it better by saying just to get a refund through Door dash instead of making it better themselves. Had to insist on a 2nd attempt. And spend two hours on the phone with pizza hut and Door dash customer service to get any semblance of a resolution.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza was kind of what I ordered but not actually what I ordered. Delivered by a homeless guy who PizzaHut supposedly ‘contracted’ to via Grubhub. No pizza warmer or anything, just a homeless guy walking around with a pizza box. No sauce on this either. Never ordering Pizza Hut again. I’d say it was hot garbage, but there was absolutely nothing hot about this pizza.

I get that we live in a post covid world and that these guys probably pay unbelievably poorly, but dude… an hour and a half for delivery and the pizza was cold cardboard. The dude used my pizza to prop the front entry way open to my condo and went back to his car for something… I mean… I came down because he was taking forever, and it was just sitting on the ground outside getting crushed by my entry door. Ew dude. Pizza was just as expensive as ordering from a local place at this point, I just didn’t want to have to door dash. I’m good on Pizza Hut for life though. What a joke.

Ordered $56 of pizza, never received it after waiting 1hr and guess what they still charged my card. When I called the manager she said they were low on drivers and canceled my order. Um ok I’m sitting here waiting for a hour, really bad service . Manager doesn’t care about people. Stay away. Been fighting to get my money back for over a week now still nothing . Horrible place beware.

Got my pizza delivered in a timely manner. Was still hot. I like the seal on it when they deliver. I usually order online and prefer it that way since I can earn rewards for free bread sticks, wings, and pizza. Better than dominos.
