The lady taking my order was rude and unpleasant.
I love to take my daughter to Wendy’s sometimes after her pree school class and usually I go to a different one cause this one’s service hasn’t been the greatest almost every time I have been to this location.
Who ever worked weds January 7th a little after 12, work on your people skills or find somewhere else to work.

Visited about a month ago in the drive thru. Notified staff of an allergy and they took it very seriously. They told me to pull off to the side and park because it would take an extra 5 minutes to make the food fresh and make sure that all work stations were wiped down and staff member’s gloves were changed. Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location.
My husband was picking up a DoorDash order and was treated in a very rude and disrespectful manner by a drive-thru employee. Because he did not stop at the speaker, he was told to drive around again, which is understandable — however, the employee’s attitude was completely unprofessional.
Delivery drivers should be treated with basic respect. This behavior caused unnecessary delay and stress while he was simply doing his job.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

I got out of work at midnight. I needed a small supper. Went through three wendy’s. This wendy’s was the third one. They’re speaker was glitchy. I scooted up and it seemed to work okay. I made an order for a small cheeseburger. They thought they were good and took the order. I got to the window and they said sorry , they just ran out of cheeseburgers. I told them I went through two other wendy’s before this wendy’s and they couldn’t make order because the computers were glitchy. I told them this is my third wendy’s, well trying to get food. They found a way to get me a single cheesberger. The fixings were cool and fresh and the Burger was nice and warm. I think they had to open new Packages , just to get me my one cheeseburger. Thank you everybody there for being kind.

I went to use the bathroom before I ordered, there was build up poo and pee on everything i just turned around and went to McDonald’s. I cant believe this is a restaurant and the employees come in here while making food. The health department needs to visit this location. Today started out a mess for me. My husband offered to stop at this location to feed my inner demons. This store and its staff made me smile! The manager right as I walked in started a friendly conversation and it turned my day around! Thank you ma’am! The gentle man who started our order was kind, and Im not sure if he helped make our food, but it was delicious!
