This was my first time going to Pizza Hut in Forest Grove I ordered 2 pizzas and was given a Third Pizza, because somehow there was a mix up with my order. But no complaints there when it comes to an extra Pizza. The guy taking my order was very Helpful when it came to pointing out where the menus were and also what kind of pizza I wanted and how much it would be. I ordered a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni and a Supreme and ended up leaving with 2 Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizzas. I will definitely be going back!!!

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Juan at the Forest Grove Pizza Hut! I called in with an issue using my rewards points while trying to place an online order, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out.
Not only was he incredibly kind and patient, but he also made sure my order was prepared perfectly. You could genuinely tell he takes pride in his work—even with something as simple as cheese sticks, everything came out fresh and delicious.
It’s rare to experience that level of customer service and care these days, and Juan truly stood out. Thank you for the amazing service and a great dinner!

I feel the staff are extremely helpful and kind and respectful towards their customers. I know my family and my coworkers eat here regularly. And at the staff have always treated our orders with respectif there any mistakes, they do.Their best To help resolve them as soon as possible. And to help us get our food as quick as possible period which is nice, because having a 30 minute lunch break time goes fast as people know period I’ve always seen the staff go out of their way to help the local community period and the store. Does not get enough credit for all the local stuff that they do For this town. I have also seen many a times that they have one of the cleanest bathrooms at any fast food restaurant or food facility period and if they pride on not only the product that comes out of the store but they also have pride in how the store looks. Period I am thankful for everything.The store’s done and keeps doing for this town

This place is awesome after the Pizza Hut closed in Hillsboro….That was there since my childhood. I was happy after moving to Forest Grove, having a pizza hut here. The food is always fresh and the manager Juan is literally the nicest guy ever! Give him a raise!!!

I remember eating from Pizza Hut since I was a kid and at this location in Forest Grove, Oregon it’s always good, always fresh, it’s always cooked perfectly. The manager Juan is the best. He knows how to keep his workers in line and making good food. LoL He’s also the friendliest guy & if you’re friendly I definitely want to spend my money with you! Thanks for the great service:)

The manager was incredibly rude, and the whole situation was handled very poorly. My Uber Eats order kept getting rejected because the drivers supposedly didn’t have a hot bag. Because of that, my food sat there for over 45 minutes while multiple drivers were turned away — even though I live less than eight minutes away.
I finally had to cancel the delivery through Uber and drive down myself just to pick up a pizza that was already old from sitting in the warmer for so long. The whole point of using Uber Eats is to get my food quickly without having to leave the house.
This location seriously needs to retrain its management. Turning away drivers over a hot bag requirement — while my order sits there getting old — is unacceptable. I’d rather have my food delivered promptly than wait nearly an hour for a stale pizza.

Zero stars. This specific store has gone so far downhill I can’t believe I actually ordered them again today. Used to be my favorite pizza place in FG and this one is simply inedible. Over the last 6 months the food gets worse and worse and worse. Today I received cardboard pizza, cold mozzarella sticks, and rock hard old dingy cold cheese sticks. I only order pizza here because the other places were too backed up and busy. It’s no wonder papa John’s and Domino’s have such crazy lead times because this Pizza Hut sucks. Trust me on this one, stay away from this pizza hut.
