Nothing but a bunch of scammers at this location. Looked at the menu online and saw a large stuff crust 1 topping was $16.99. Went into the store and ordered. After paying, I saw it rang up at $24.29. I asked why the price was different and was told $16.99 was online only even no where did it saw that. I asked to cancel my order and they said I couldn’t because I already paid. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that either. If you like getting scammed out of your money, go here. Otherwise stay far away. Plenty of better honest pizza places in the area.

Pizza and delivery are to expensive. They burn the pizza all the time. Domino’s is way cheaper and better quality. Every time we get pizza hut I’m disappointed. Me and family members won’t be going there anymore. Also employees are super rude.

We had a wonderful experience with Pizza Hut. The food was ready on time and was correct; something the pizza place down the street never seems able to do. The Big New Yorker was great; very tasty and lots of toppings. Their staff was great too. We’ll be ordering from here again.

I’m actually very upset with our Pizza Hut order today. The pizza was soggy in some parts and rock hard in other parts. We drove out of the way to get this pizza. When I called to say something the manager just told me that’s weird, she made me feel like I was lying about it. It’s Pizza Hut, it’s not worth it to lie about! I told her I could send a video if she liked. Her reaction honestly made me more upset and is the biggest reason I’m writing this review. When I called I said I hate to do this, I felt I was being nice about it but the pizza was inedible. She said I could come exchange it. I live out of the way, it’s not worth it for me to drive there to exchange it.

First time at a P.H. location in years. Nothing available in Salinas, CA. Ordered through the app, set a pickup time and was ready when I arrived. Pizza was extremely hot and tasty. I ordered a Detroit and Thin Crust. The Detroit was a bit “bready” but was satisfying. The thin crust was on point, very hot but the crust could’ve been a tad softer but that’s be objective.

Apologies for the harsh review. Place stinks. Bathrooms locked. No garbage facility inside, no garbage can easily visible outside. Staff car parked near entrance, blocking entry in the building, and driveway as well. Property needs attention and good management.
