A large menu with good food inside a gas station convenience store. Don’t underestimate even the Mexican items on their menu as I had the chicken chimichunga and enjoyed it. You get what you pay for.
The other side of the convenient store is under construction or renovation so that’s why I didn’t find the atmosphere better. There are just a few large tables there to sit. Even before 5pm on a weekday they were getting a number of carryout orders.
It is good the community has this location for sandwiches and other foods for those who don’t want that same old same old. The menu is large with different types of foods.

Big Belly Deli in the BP gas station on Durand Road is such a pleasant surprise! You’d never expect to find food this good inside a gas station, but wow—this place delivers.
I got the chicken caesar wrap with crispy chicken, and it was amazing. They used plenty of parmesan cheese and just the right amount of caesar dressing, so every bite was flavorful and creamy. The little pieces of crouton inside gave it that perfect crunch—it seriously tasted like the best caesar salad in wrap form.
We also tried one of the build-your-own sandwiches, and it was huge—definitely enough for two meals. My husband took the first bite, and even he said it was excellent. The bread was fresh, and everything tasted really well put together.
It’s one of those hole-in-the-wall spots that you’d probably overlook, but I’ll definitely be coming back. Great food, generous portions, and fast service—highly recommend!

This deli is so great! Their sandwiches are amazing. The soup is amazing! They have a lot of great choices for burgers, which are also amazing. I just tried the fish today for fish Friday. The meal is very filling, and you get all the classic stuff plus a desert!
I have never had a bad sandwich, and the people there are really friendly too.

Ok I have worked in the Sturtevant area since 1991, yet had no idea this was here until my brother in law who is working at Microsoft told me that this place had great sandwiches. Well we just had to try it! I had the toasted BLT with their coleslaw and my hubby had the gyro with chicken noodle soup. My BLT was excellent! Haven’t had a sandwich that good since Danny’s was in a gas station on the east side of Racine. My husband’s was also good and the coleslaw was amazing! In addition we had the dirt cake which also was very good but was missing gummy worms—still good though! Wish this was in a restaurant setting as would be nice to sit and eat but don’t want to eat in a gas station!

Defiently will be back. They have such an assortment of cold, grab out of the cooler. Along with desserts too. I ended up trying a tuna melt and creamy chicken rice soup. It was very reasonable as far as price, and tasted amazing. The wait was not long, and the gentleman there eating when I was waiting couldn’t get over how good his sandwich was. I can’t wait to bring back my other half so he can try the Philly cheesecake, he’s also down for a good sandwich. I wish there was more advertisement, if I wouldn’t have see this on the Doordash (which I don’t use, just checking out a coupon offer) I would have never known about it. Even took a menu so I can share with my coworkers for future lunch needs!

WOW! The food from Big Belly Deli is incredible! Super delicious! We started with the fried pickles…. Then I had the gyro sandwich and my wife had the Philly Cheesesteak. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend Big Belly Deli. Try it…. You won’t regret it!

Probably my favorite deli spot. They offer a range of options for cold sandwiches as well as a full menu of hot food from their kitchen. In a hurry? Well no worries, they even have a cooler with premade sandwiches and wraps (desserts too) for you to grab and go. As an added bonus the owner and staff are always so nice!
