This place has consistently gotten my food order wrong on multiple locations and the employees there are not helpful at all. They would rather argue with me over marinara sauce than to just make the experience of picking up my food a pleasant one. Am I asking too much? Their job isn’t difficult, it just seems like the people that work there have little to no care or respect for themselves and it shows by way of the nasty food I’m given.
Each photo is from a different occasion. Not the same order. Burnt pepperoni. Pineapple missing from one half of my pizza and not pictured but I had under cooked chicken once before.

A lot of Pizza Huts around San Francisco and Daly City went out of business. I’m glad this location remained open. Tonight I took advantage of their $22 for any two medium pizza deal. I ordered two Super Supreme pizzas. I like how you can customize it on their website. I changed olives for roma tomatoes. When I picked up the pizzas, it was ready within what their website said. The crust was buttery but left this weird taste in my mouth I could not get rid of. The bread of the pizza was really soft. I checked and the dough was cooked. Heads up, Pizza Hut now charges 99 cents for this little thing of parmesan cheese or red peppers. Other pizza parlors don’t do that.

Surprisingly… It was a pleasant experience. I was greeted with a big smile from a young gentleman who was in training. The lady training him was kind and respectful. The young lady in the kitchen who was making the pizza did an amazing job with my pizza. Even pepperoni distribution. Asked for well done for crispy dough. Nov 23rd @2PM

I wanted to give a positive review for the night manager I believe she was a little older and had grey hair pulled back in a bun – I came in today and there was a misunderstanding around the cost of special and toppings and she resolved the issue correctly – I worked in front-facing store with walk-in customers for over 10 years, and I can say that she handled the situation the way I would have handled the situation, and provided exceptional customer service. There is a name on receipt Tun – so don’t know if that is the individual who originally placed order or the manager I spoke to who resolved my issue, but I appreciate the service – and the manager who resolved my issue could easily work as a trainer of managers in a corporate setting to train managers on how to provide exceptional customer service. That would be my recommendation.

Ordered online and picked up at their designated curbside pickup spot. The pizza was good but if you heat it up again for a few minutes then it would be even better. Use their app for current deals and you can stack them unlike domino’s. Their pan pizza is the one to get and overall quality is better than domino’s and Papa John. I ordered from this place a handful of times and they got my order on time. I would recommend this place for their pan pizza if you haven’t tried it before.

The guys working here are very miserable and pick strange fights with the customer. They are so cheap about everything no salt, pepper, pepper flakes or cheese. I ordered a 3 topping pizza only gave me 2 toppings and fought over the 3rd topping. I just got a refund and left. I went to speedy pizza they were so nice they made me laugh and I left with better food happier. Its a block away. I spent less and it took my anger away from the rude behavior at pizza hut.

Hot, fresh, and golden perfection! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was everything-crispy edges, melty cheese, and a soft, flavorful crust. The cashier was super friendly, and my order was ready in just 15 minutes. Great service + great pizza = happy customer. Pizza Hut nailed it!
