ORIGINAL REVIEW: NO GLOVES?? Also ordered online, they got my order wrong. Instead of fixing it, they gave me a bs excused and said I had to pay for a new pizza. Trash customer service and trash business move. They rather lose a customer than lose a pizza! Will never order from here again!

Haven’t been to Marco’s in years. Only went because of the Upside app which I’m new at and still trying to figure out. Got a medium pepperoni pizza and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. There were different cuts of pepperoni, some were crispy bits and very tasty! The cinnamon things, not so much. I spent $25 which seemed high to me but Upside is supposed to credit me 26% so we’ll see if that happens. Got a $3 coupon for my next carry out pizza, so I’ll be back.

I will start by saying this is my favorite local location and I order pizza from here often.
This is the second time I had not received a cheese cup sauce that is clearly written on the online order. See example of receipt.
This is the second time this has happened so the review that should be a 5 is currently a 3. The last time I had caught this and corrected it he said cheese cup does not come with a pizza. This is when I asked him to read the receipt and he handed me the cheese cup.
The biggest negative here is you will be ignored after entering the Main Lobby for more than five minutes, when you have a hot and ready pizza sitting only ten feet away on the warming rack. Note there were three grown men in the kitchen standing so they could not be seen. It is like you are not there, even after ringing the tiny silver bell on the counter. The semi truck driver who asked if I had been helped is the only reason someone came and asked me what I needed this day. Thank you to that man as I had been waiting for about seven of more minutes. The pizza was sitting there the entire time.

Marcos has always been a favorite. Tried thus franchise. Family run, very friendly,accommodating, customer oriented service. Neat and clean, and the owner Tahir was very welcoming. There is seating space as well. Must visit!

I’m so upset with this establishment!! I paid for a large pizza with ham. The first pizza had 8 pieces of ham on the entire pizza, cheese was on the middle of the pizza, not hardly the proper amount of ingredients!!! I called and was offered a replacement only to get ripped off again!!! Shame on Marco’s Pizza for allowing this to happen…. These people have got to be getting rich robbing people of their fair share….

Took forever and this was a $15 medium pizza! You got to be kidding me!! Never again will we order from this establishment. There was an employee sitting in the loby on the phone while the other one was doing all the work. The link that’s supplied doesn’t help at all. It’s just another survey… Total waste of time and my money!! BEWARE!!

I recently visited Marco’s Pizza and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their pizzas. Not only were the toppings fresh and flavorful, but the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The staff, especially Siva, was also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend Marco’s Pizza to anyone craving delicious pizza and excellent service!

Submitted an online order for pick up at this location. Gave them an hour or so since I ordered on a weekend night and know this location particularly stays busy. A cancellation email was sent out to me with explanation of being out/delay on a certain topping I had chosen and refunded. I did not see the notification for this email nor open the email(my own fault), but it was sent. So, I showed up at closing time and my order was not found nor ready after being helped quickly upcoming arriving.
I showed my order confirmation email and they had shown me a cancellation email was sent which only then did I see, yes they send one. So, being that was my fault. I told them it was okay and no big deal. As I was leaving in my car, their employees who had helped me. Had stopped me and asked me to come back so I did because of my patience and waiting. They had offered to generously make me an XL pizza free quickly and would even bring it out to my card. They got it done very quickly and threw in a family size soda as well. The staff was very apologetic as well even though it was my own fault. Very friendly service always at this location and delicious, good priced pizza always!
