I called to order a Philly cheese steak to go and the person I was talking to asked me how I wanted it and I replied just like on the menu. They said it only came with steak and cheese. I asked them to read me the ingredients offered on the menu and they didn’t understand what I wanted. I told them I would order on line and hung up. So, I ordered the sub like I wanted it and when I got home with the sub I was really surprised to find the sandwich bread was soggy and over flowing with the ingredients. I ate the ingredients with a spoon but the bread was soaked, not toasted. The homemade pasta salad was great. I think I’ll have to go in to eat next time. When I dine inside the food is usually cooked right. $15.00 is a lot for a sub when I can get one at other places for $10 bucks or less.

Where is the steak??? Got take out on 11-4-2019 and all I can say is “Where is the Steak?” For $9, you would expect some meat with the lettuce and bread.

I was a regular customer of Dell’Anno’s until this order. A phone call to the restaurant on that day got no results so I left a review to alert others. Also, the original review & photos were viewed more than 20,000 times.

I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza, a side of fries, mozzarella sticks and a drink.
The slices of pizza were old, leftover cheese slices with newly shredded mozzarella and pepperonis added on top and microwaved. Disgusting Food Lion frozen tier pizza.
We were given a personal pepperoni pizza as a replacement.
They did not remove the two slices from our check, and the total was over $40.
Terrible, terrible food. Go to the frozen section of your grocery store instead for a quarter of the price.

When making chicken garden salad , suggestions.
On the to go orders , put cheese inside container,
If not ,it melts from the hot chicken and causes it to glob in 1 spot.
When calling in an order,
No need putting the customer on hold abruptly,
Just wait till you can take the call.
It would be nice if you would do away with the spaghetti meat sauce,
Meat sauce,
Italians can do better than that,
Real meat then the sauce.

We stopped here on our way to hike Macafee Knob and had a great experience. The salad was amazing. Homemade blue cheese dressing. Fresh and with cheese on top. I had the Alfredo with chicken. I added a little salt, pepper, and parmesan, and it was delicious. The garlic bread was buttery goodness. Relaxing atmosphere and pleasant service.
