Ordered two large pizzas for $40 and it was a sloppy mess. Firstly my pizza was undercooked and felt like it was rushed through the cooking process. It was tossed inside the box and was a very floppy, and greasy disappointment, definitely was handled with little care. The customer service was great. But the pizza was a complete disappointment. I love Pizza Hut but this location is a no for me. After trying this location twice before and being disappointed by the quality of my food, I can say the third and most recent visit will be my last at this location. Waste of money for low quality food. If I pay for a item I expect to get what I pay for, but my pizzas were not quality food or anything close to expectations. My family tried the pizzas and did not like it so we didn’t even finish eating all the food, again complete Waste of money. I would not buy this quality food for myself or anyone else I know. Very disappointed

Poorly managed, food is constantly wrong. They continuously forget my 2-Liter drink. The pizzas they make have the incorrect amount of ingredients, too much sauce, too little cheese, too few toppings. The manager is a Hispanic female who does not give her name for accountability.

The price of a pizza virtually doubled after the pandemic. I didn’t mind paying for the pizza or paying the taxes. Pizza Hut added a $2.00 “service fee” that I thought was obscene, especially when it was a pick up order. On the top of that, they suggested tip percentages from 10% to 20%. What else can you think of to sock the consumers with? You ARE the cause of inflation.

if I could do zero I would, by far the most atrocious manager ever Jason, disrespectful to himself as well as the pizza hut name. should be ashamed of his demeanor, absolutely no customer service skills at all. Telling my wife to go in and talk with it at 4:30 than making her wait because he was on his break and wouldn’t come out from the back is the most cowardly punk move I’ve ever even heard. Oh but it gets worse than to have the audacity to tell her to shut up is beyond comprehension to me. Our pizza was drowning in sauce and barely had any cheese. You could see all of the sauce through the thin patchy layer of cheese. When we bite into the pizza, the sauce squirts everywhere. It’s inedible and ended up throwing it in the trash.

We used to like Pizza Hut. No more. We stopped going because of the “service charge” and some bad service we had received. Just to give it a try again, we ordered yesterday. The food was stubstandard. Kind of like lunch lady pizza at an elementary school. Thin tasteless sauce. Thinnest pepperoni I have ever seen. Cheese didn’t go to the edge. Wings had no sauce. The foil under them was totally dry. Won’t be back. Little Caesars does a better job for half the price.
