I’ve been to at least a dozen Culver’s in the last ten years, and none have EVER been as good as this one! Kendra made the burgers with love, and the whole service was phenomenal. De-wicious!

The burger was comprised of charred hockey pucks we thought might be meat. I tried to call the store, but was put on hold (understandably busy) and I hung up. The cashew chicken salad was fresh and fine.

Oh my goodness where do I begin. Kendra is SO GOOD at her job. I saw her flip those burgers, and I nearly flipped MYSELF. the burgers were cooked to the perfect temperature, and timed with the accuracy of a rolex. 100/10 would culver again !!!

First time coming here today and I will definitely come back. My 73 year old mother got stung on her hand while we were eating in the parking lot and ending up dropping her sandwich. The manager was so kind and gave us a nice size bag of ice for her bee sting and they remade her sandwich fresh for her. The whole staff was exteremly friendly and kind and the food was amazing. Thank you for you wonderful and kind serve! Made my first time experince very pleasent considering the situation… The bag of ice helped my mother so much! Thank you kindly

I’ve been going to this Culver’s for a long time because it’s closest to my home but the last, at least 5 times, I’ve been there, they’ve messed up my ice cream order and I’m starting to think it’s on purpose. I don’t normally write reviews, but I genuinely have never had worse service at an ice cream shop. EVERY time me or my husband have ordered my ice cream through the drive through they don’t get it right, and then even when we ask them to fix it they still don’t… which is unbelievable. I ask for a create your own dish with 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop vanilla (2 total scoops), and m&ms, and I get something different every time. Either 1/2 scoops of each, or no m&ms on vanilla ice cream, or strawberry ice cream instead of choco/vanilla, or toppings other than m&ms.. I genuinely do not know how this happens every time. I’m at the point where I won’t go back, very disappointed with this Culver’s.

The employees are always friendly, call us by name, genuinely seem happy to see us. I have seen them maintain a friendly professional attitude even when some customers are being most “difficult”. Food is always fresh and consistent.
Do wish there was a bit more variety – spicy mayonnaise, roast beef, whole wheat/multi-grain bun, pretzel bun, Curder Burger year round, and Italian steak sandwich.

The food was amazing and the service was great especially the lady that brought me my food to the car. Unfortunately they forgot my ketchup and when I pulled back around to ask for it the manager told me to pull into a parking space. Then he came out and beat me with a pair of jumper cables he removed from his car. Which kinda turned me on but I wasn’t really in the mood and it’s cold out so yeah. While he was beating me in the parking lot a bunch of teenage employees came outside and circled me chanting “shame shame” like that TV show I think it’s called handmaid’s tale? Then one of the teens ripped my shoe off and yelled “let me see those floor fingers”!! And ran off with my shoe. Other then the jumper cables I absolutely love Culver’s and will definitely be coming back

Ordered from this place and caught “Astrovirus”. I will NOT be eating from this location ever again. Look up how it primarily spreads and you will not eat here again. The nurse who saw me said there were 4 other people before me that have Astrovirus as well. Negative stars for sanitation if possible

Would never recommend anyone go here. They give me a faulty cup with a hole in it ends up spilling all over my car. I go inside to try and get some napkins and speak to a manager. I was promptly ignored until I directly go up to someone with a cup with hole in it and sprite spilling out. They then give me paper towels as I go clean it up after doing what I can before it freezes (-10 in IL) I go inside expecting the manager to do something to make it right. The kids tell me he can’t speak to me and the best they can do is a new sprite. Don’t recommend anyone going to this location what complete unprofessionalism
