Very bad experience tonight 11/22/2025 I order one pizza and the guy they not put atencion on my order and they charge 25 dls for one pizza is ridiculous price for one pizza and I tell the girl she supposed to be the manager and she tells me I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS and I tell her so !!! I have to pay for his mistake and she don’t give me any solutions and I don’t have another option to buy this pizza because the manager they don’t want to re order my pizza

To be honest,
I didn’t have high expectations for Pizza Hut.
We stopped ordering from Pizza Hut due to bad experiences with the one on Highland in San Bernardino.
We hadn’t had Pizza Hut in over 3 years.
Decided to give them a shot.
I’m glad I did because all the pizzas were delicious.
The whole family enjoyed the pizza.
Wasn’t any left, lol.
Why 4 stars is due to them not letting us know before we ordered that they use 3rd party delivery.
I’m not really a fan of 3rd party delivery, but this delivery went smoothly and was fast.
Overall, it was good Pizza and at a decent price.
We’d definitely order again.

$4 I got charge for these empty as ranches . The guy told me these are only for dine in but all these times I went there I’m always able to get them full and I pay for them . I don’t think $4 was ok for this amount in each of these containers there not even half ways .

Ordered online and picked up in store, I was given the wrong pizzas and had to come back to get the correct ones. I didn’t ask for much other than to get the correct pizzas but Kaydee went ahead to correct the mistake and for the inconvenience had given me a free item. I did notice how short staffed they were with how many costumers were ordering (mainly online orders) so it’s understandable how a mistake can happen during the rush.

Ordered carry out for 2 items, pasta and bread sticks, I arrived after the order tracker stated that it was ready, come to find out they hadn’t even started on the order and had to stand around for 25 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Like I understand that may be busy but don’t tell your customers that there order is ready for pick up and then not have even started it

They have 2 soda machines. One was broken. Ice machine was full of ice everywhere and other soda machine was so sticky and soda all over the ground. Non carbonated drinks such as Lemonade did not work. This pizza hut has so much potential.
