Called ahead of time, lady said our 2 pizzas and one cheesy bread would be done In ten minutes. We get there 10 minutes later and they say our order isn’t even started, we wait and she comes back asking our order. Wait another 15 minutes and she hands us an order that is only 2 pizzas, says sorry and presumably goes to grab the cheesy bread. Serves a different costumer and we wait 5 minutes. Brings us food again, this time one pizza one cheesy bread, we tell her our order AGAIN and she goes back AGAIN. Serves another costumer that had just walked in, finnaly gets our food. She never checked that we paid also? Another customer was served again, and we had finally gotten our pizza 5 minutes later.

The pizza I always get from here is lackluster. Either it’s not fresh or it seems like they threw together the pizza last minute. No disrespect to the staff or anything, but they need to lock in.

I believe the associates need to be retrained on how to make a pizza. Ordered one of their old world fanceroni pepperoni pizzas that advertised “over 100 pepperoni” and “all the way out to the crust”. This is an epic fail, I counted 41 pieces on what I would call half a pizza. The lobby is also disgusting and needs cleaned, really bad. Also, not a huge deal, but it’s annoying is that every time I’ve ordered a 2L of Mt Dew, I’ve always had to ask an associate to to get more from the store room. Never are there cold ones.
Edit: Why am I not surprised that a manager or a member of customer support hasn’t contacted me… It goes to show that the customer is not valued by this company. I will not be ordering from them for a very long time. The franchise owner and management are terrible. Any 5 star reviews are either paid for or they are friends with the owner or one of the associates.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I fell in the parking lot on a massive oil spill, ruining my clothes, and after no assistance I went back in to see if they could at least replace the now motor oil soaked pizza. They declined and proceeded to tell me the oil spill isn’t their responsibility.

We were treated poorly by a door dasher delivering our food causing us to have to go pick it up our selves. All staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful!

I never leave a review but I honestly don’t know how there are any 5 star reviews, they must be from friends. The pizza is absolutely terrible. Mine was underbaked and inedible with barely any cheese or toppings I paid for. I had to throw it in the trash. How is your job to make pizza and you literally fail at it? The woman manager was so rude to not just me, her employees as well. I heard her talking down to someone so bad I should have walked out right then. Then she was rude to me and made me feel like i shouldnt have walked in because i was asian. I would try to contact a supervisor but seeing other 1 star reviews and nothing clearly changing they obviously condone this place failing. It’s a joke. Spend your money literally anywhere else but here. And to top it off, one of the employees reeked of alcohol. I wouldn’t feel safe stepping foot here again. It’s a safety hazard and not just because I could have gotten sick from their food. This place should be shut down. Anywhere else would be better than here.

They just let people solicit out front of their store. Got panhandled said something to the store manager and they said they’d handle it, to do nothing about it to get panhandled a second time. Don’t recommend.

With today’s crazy schedules, sometimes it’s hard to find the time to grab something for dinner before the meeting at STEP Recovery Center. We purchase many pizzas from this facility and they’re always outstanding. The price is also unbeatable! The staff that works there is always very helpful and friendly, and they’re quick about getting our pizzas ready!! You just can’t beat it.
