Okay, the pizza was as ordered. The time the rep I made my call to missed the promised time. 15 minutes turned into an almost 50 minutes for my take out experience. Why … Because he was taking my order from far away. He had no idea what was happening in this restaurant. Why? Because he’s not working at the location. Pizza hut has decided to outsource the order takers. We had communication issues and time issues. All because my order taker has no idea what was happening at the restaurant. Come on America, let’s let our local employees care for their customers. Sorry, so tired of getting the shaft cause great companies can handle their own responsibilities.

I stopped in here after a very long day of driving and decided to eat in. The restaurant is super clean and the service is quick and friendly. I love PH’s thin crust pizza and that’s what I ordered and took most of it home.

Ordered 3 HAND TOSSED pizzas. One large and 2 medium. The dough and toppings were paper thin. As if all 3 were Little Ceasers pizzas in pizza hut boxes. I feel like we just paid $40 for 3 $5 Little Ceasars pizzas. NOT what you’d expect from pizza hut.
