There was no one in line ahead of us. We’re actually still waiting on our order as I type this (it only been 6 minutes, that’s not what this is about).
The young man who helped us at the register was clean, appeared to be in a fair mood (not angry at the world for having to be at work, slight smile and welcoming expression), and was friendly in his greeting. I found that to be refreshing.
But, I think his name was Justin, was clearly familiar with and knowledgeable about the menu. In fact, he knew enough to check the readiness of some ingredients to assure the proper cooking would be achieved. He was thorough in assuring he had our order correct, including how much sauce would be preferable (I ordered light sauce) and it was just really obvious he knew what he was doing. While waiting for our pizza (which we just got in the exact amount of time he said we would, made just as we ordered it) I observed this young man multitasking, showing leadership skills, and working efficiently and quickly. And he had a pleasant attitude all the while. Pizza Hut is not the best pizza out there. And I don’t live here… I’m traveling though.
But if I did live here, I’d patronize this location regularly just to receive the friendly, competent service Justin provided on this visit. He nailed it!

The service attitude is very bad. With this old lady there, the store will be closed soon. Male customers can get free drinks, and the female customers are spoken to in a bad manner. It’s a completely different attitude. So what does the Pizza Hut owner feel?

Don’t go. Manager says hi then proceeds to not come back. 10 minutes later and no order placed, we decided to leave.

We drove 40 minutes for this specific pizza hut because of the food and experience we recieved 3 months ago from a lady that worked nights. Now we come in after this 40 min drive to find out that a large supreme isn’t possible because they can only do medium. That sounds fresh wow. So getting the order and all together the toppings equal maybe 40 pieces of anything. I’ll try to upload picture. Here we r told that is all the toppings the manager allows so we ended up with half a splatter pizza and half cheese.. to make it better they gave us a ounce of black olives. Isn’t that sweet! Now we are eating our undercooked pizza headed home. The manager at pizza hut says they aren’t pizza hut and they are operated and owned by TA truck stop. Sounds not to legal of a definition. So thanks not pizza hut and thanks TA for being greedy, lazy, hiring the slowest and most shy and not so good looking people in this ragged brother hunping town of moriarity.. I thought all stupidity started and stopped in edgewood but nope. Its pushing east.picture of our medium supreme.. I hope the manager gets a flat tire or caught steeling.

I stopped by earlier today for a medium pepperoni pizza. I expressed how I had just left my father’s funeral and burial. Thank you & huge kudos to the woman who took my order today. Moriarty is a small community so to be a traveler coming through, it meant the world that I was treated with such kindness and respect after such a horrid day. Thank you and great service, Pizza Hut.

I recently had a very bad experience with this location today January 9th 2026 I had went to place an order and there was nobody there to take my order they all decided to go have a meeting during business hours and there was a man there before me place his order and could not get his order until after the meeting and the meeting lasted about 30 minutes

Overall good experience. Staff was friendly, and food was good or at least better than I’ve come to expect from any Pizza Hut, much less one in a truck stop. Food was out within the 15 minutes they told me it would be.

The Customer Service here at this Particular Pizza Hut Sucks, I wanted To order 2 Personal Pan Pizzas And I was Told they were out of them ( over 30.00$ ) So I said Ok I want to order 4 of their Regular size with Additional Toppings and lo and behold they couldn’t do that either because they were Closing in 5 minutes (Which usually means they are open for Business from the Customers for another 5 Minutes,But not here, )Why are they even open ? It’s Not because they Want The Customers Business, That woman killed my attempts to do business with this Pizza Hut. They really don’t want your Business so don’t give it to them, There are other Pizza Huts that DO want our Business, But not this place .
