Top notch, fresh and flavorful vegan bowl. Couldn’t ask for more for the price – the portion size was really good and everything was prepared quickly. I love the kiosk ordering system as well. Being able to filter the menu by vegan options made the decision making process fast and easy.

In case it’s not already clear to you, this is a takeout only restaurant. Picking up the food is a fairly sterile experience– little to no human contact. Just pickup food from a locker.
BUT the food is amazing. Exactly what I’d want from a quick and easy option. Healthy, suitable for all dietary requirements, and affordable.

I discovered Palmita via the Healthy options tag on DoorDash. For around $10 per bowl, it’s a great value. The chicken is extremely tender and the veggies and herbs are clearly fresh. The tomatillo was especially flavorful. The cauliflower and cabbage weren’t my favorite (and are pretty pungent), and the serving of chicken is on the small side, but overall the bowl was flavorful and satisfying.

So good! I was on the fence about trying a new thing but chipotle is not doing it lately. I ordered the chicken bowl with mole sauce and oh my it was so flavorful! There was a little too much rice for me personally but that did not stop them from fair portions with everything else! Palmita is definitely going to be a regular choice for me

Absolutely blown away by this wonderful food! Ordered the Chicken Mixta Bowl with the mole sauce on Uber Eats today, and wowwww – everything fresh and perfect, healthy and full of flavor (glad I got 2 sauces, the more the merrier). The pickled onions are perfect, that garlic rice is very good too. Had to come on here and review. This is easily one of the best delivery meals I’ve received in Denver ever (this gives me hope). Bravo, Palmita! You’ve earned a loyal customer with one order.
