I really enjoy eating at Pho New! Their bún bò Huế is delicious and the portions are very generous. The pho gà is also great — the chicken breast is always tender and flavorful.
The only downside is that the one server there is often on her phone and sometimes gets the order wrong, so just make sure she confirms what you ordered.
Overall, the food is excellent and definitely worth coming back for!

had dinner there last night and it was delicious! they have the most options i’ve seen for pho customization — almost 20 different ways. nice so you can choose exactly what kind of cuts of meat you want. i got the large bowl which was legit large. the meat was tender and the broth was very flavorful and rich. i typically always finish my bowl but i had leftovers! we also got the summer rolls as an appetizer which were nice. chewy and bouncy. the ONLY thing i would change is adding some music in the dining room!

I had the beef pho. Service was fast and efficient. Overall, the portion size was good, a little saltier than I am use too, but would go back to try other dishes.

Generous portions and prices a bit higher compared to other similar places. Pho a little too salty, the fried rice a bit dry, but still good. Service was good when we arrived but we never saw the server again until we got up to pay, there was only one other table in the whole restaurant, but they were churning out take-out orders. I would come back to try more dishes.

Let’s start with we have driven 4hrs from NYC to our hotel across the area The Embassy suites. My Daughter say she was hungry so we decide to come here to pick up some food before we head to our hotels. so, from the time we order and pick up our food left the restaurant go across the street which is 2 minutes drive. Check in (5min) get our room bring out the food. Pork chop was already COLD And Hard. ( REALLY !!!!) but we still try to eat it because my daughter was hungry. Then we start with the white rice and it’s mushy then I try the ( Chả ) that taste weird too . I paid $ 78.15 for 3 pork chop rice with eggs 1 Orders of fried chicken wing. That’s not cheap. We don’t mind to pay for the price, but at least be more professional food should be a little better.
Well, that’s all I Gotta say about this restaurant guys. I would not recommend.!!!!

This is HANDS DOWN the best pho in the NoVA region. The broth is unchallengeable. I have been coming here since I was a kid, and the quality has never faltered. I recently moved to a new neighborhood and was disappointed by all the local pho spots, so now I make a point to go out of my way to get the pho here.

For those of you who love spicy food, PLEASE try their spicy beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue)!!! It’s so far the best I’ve had in DMV. I’ve tried so many other places including Eden Center, but nothing close to the one here. It’s just amazing! Another perk is that it’s usually not too busy during weekend and weekday nights so you got to keep a social distance from other customers. I wish I live close so I can come weekly

Pretty good. Been here a few times already and it’s been consistent so far. I have ordered their coconut juice, summer rolls, grilled shrimp on a stick, and a chicken pho ga soup -white meat with rice noodles. The broth is tasty, plenty of noodles and chicken, the shrimp and summer rolls taste fresh. At times the chicken can be overcooked but overall decent. The place is a very quiet chill spot, great to eat alone or with friends.

Tasteless Vietnamese coffee. Condense milk in it should have made a perfect blend of sweetness that taste better than with sugar in the black coffee but no… not Pho New. With almost $8 for a tiny amount of coffee in a big large ice cup and watery taste, this is by far the worst Vietnamese coffee I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t consider to go back to try their food since the simplest drink they can’t make it good, their food wouldn’t worth my time.
