Terrible! I did an online order at 6:37pm for delivery at 7:45. They accepted my order, charged my debit card and then never delivered my food! I called them 8:36, and was transferred to the manager, who never answered. I then drove to the store at 8:45 too see that they are closed, before regular business hours, due to the A/C not working!? How did I place an order to begin with? I got charged for food I never received? Will not order from here again!

Love the pizza but everytime I go I order the same exact thing and the price is always different like 5-6$ difference and I pay extra for extra topping and 2 out of 3 times I don’t get it but pay good money for it

Seriously gone down hill since covid. Pizza and breadsticks way over done. Skimpy ingredients. None of the crusts are good anymore. It used to he such a treat to go here. Really disappointed. I do not reccomend.

Good food, staff needs to learn how to ring up a pizza, that is a special but charged for each and every item on the pizza. What should have been a $20 pizza ended up costing over $30, I will not go there again for a over charged pizza! Plus the service could use improvement too. My order was a to go order.

Total incompetent, lying employees, manager wouldn’t come out after several customers wanted to speak with him. Was told over and over pizza would be 5 minutes, it’s being boxed, we’re making it. After a hour I received my pizza. I was not the only person experiencing this tonight. This employees need customer service training. Lying to customers is a good way to put a business under. I told the one employee telling customers they are backed up and it would be a hour is better than lying. His response was oh ok well it’s the cooks fault.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, but there were numerous things that they said they just didn’t have…. Not to be picky but when I go to a restaurant and am given a menu I like to be able to order anything it offers. Not sure what the deal was but hopefully they can fix it and not let it be often that it happens.

Pizza is great. The delivery this time was awful. Time was 35 minutes st most, they used door dash to deliver. Door dash said 507pm arrival time (I ordered at 424pm) pizza didn’t arrive until 530pm
