My order went from in the oven, to out for delivery. Then never showed up. It still shows out for delivery on the tracker a full day later! $45 lost. No food. No explanation. We had to call 90min later to ask for a refund. I’ll have to file a charge back if it doesn’t go through. I can’t imagine ever giving this another shot. It killed the night.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed my order at 3:50 pm on the app to have it deliver at my home just in time for the Utah Jazz game at 7:45pm. Once it hit 8:00 pm and no food in sight, I decided to call and reach out to the store for an eta. I was put through an automated message and was placed on a permanent hold. After waiting on hold for 42 minutes I decided to drive over and see what the hold up was. When I arrived at the store it was closed up for the night. That was at 8:47 pm, there website states they are opened till 10:00pm. I did not receive any type of message through the app or via phone call to say there was an issue with the order. I did however receive an email asking me how my order was. To say I am upset is an understatement. I had a house full of guest waiting for food and to come back empty handed. I am a valued customer and to be treated in this matter is unacceptable. My order amount was close to $90.00 including tip. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow to voice my complaints and request a full refund. I fully understand that places are short staffed and are having to close up early. But to acknowledged an order made in the early afternoon for the evening to not fulfill the order is completely unacceptable. I will not be taking my future business to any Pizza Hut location after this poor experience.

February 14th. I ordered a super Supreme pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. I paid extra for the pizza and left them an 18% tip. When I got the pizza it had no sauce and no cheese. I called the store and they said I had to bring the pizza back to the stor dont bother calling them they dont answer!!e. Which was not an option. Then they hung up on me 9 times. And will not talk to me. What happened to customer service? I will be visiting the store in the morning ugh!!!!!

I’ve never had any problems here! Food is always ready when they say it will be, it’s always hot and delicious! The customer service is great, and I want to give the kind lady, Jerri, who went out of her way to assist me tonight, a well-deserved review! I didn’t even check to see when they closed (8pm), and called them at 7:59pm. She said they were closing, and I apologized, told her no worries, but then she persisted to ask me what I wanted! She STILL allowed me to order and upon arrival she was the sweetest thing. Not the slightest bit annoyed with me, like most probably would be (understandably). She even brought the pizza out to me once it was done. This woman deserves to be recognized for her hard work and awesome customer service!

So I was told I’d lose my hard earned points if I didn’t order by today so I did. I chose pick up. I arrived when the website told me to and only had to wait about one minute because they were legitimately busy. Workers were friendly and helpful. Attached is a picture of the “Large 2 topping” pizza special. Why so few banana peppers? The crust was “hand tossed” but looked more thin crust. That’s fine. It tasted pretty good. I’d go back.

Disappointed with the very skimpy toppings on the Detroit style pizza. The Parmesan shaker was 10 days past the expire date! I won’t be ordering again. The pizza was hot and made on time. The crust, cheese, and sauce was fine. But barely any toppings.

It is no surprise to me that this store has so many poor reviews. I haven’t ordered from this store in quite some time because the last time, they took my order and didn’t deliver it after they set it for delivery, and 2 hours later we found out that they kept it as takeout. Instead of calling me to ask me where we were on picking it up, they just threw it out instead. We showed up because it was well within within operating hours and we didn’t want to wait any longer, but they said they ran out of ingredients and couldn’t make any more pizza. Now, I’m running into the same issue where I made an order, they took my money, and the app has it as still making the order. It’s now after close and I definitely haven’t received my order. I didn’t receive any cancellation or call that says that they weren’t going to make it or deliver it either. When I called the store, I just had constant hang-ups, and at one point some kid yelled were closed and hung up. It seems like a simple solution by the manager, or somebody, to answer the phone and ask what I’m calling about. But this is not how this store is run. I have to say Pizza Hut ya need to figure something out because this store is a terrible representative. You definitely need some managers better trained because they don’t train their employees well enough to clear orders or follow up with customers ever. How do you keep taking orders and money and not fulfill those orders and still stay in business. That is called stealing just so you know.
