I just had the absolute worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had some very bad ones but this was the worst. I looked at the status of my order online and it was ready at 10:16 am. I arrived at the location at approximately 10:41 am. I was not greeted upon entering, once he acknowledged my existence he asked me my name but still no “sorry about the wait” or anything!
I gave him my name and he disappeared behind the wall of pizza boxes and came back and asked my name again. This time I pointed at the screen which only had 2 names on it mine and another. He disappeared behind the boxes again and came out a few minutes later and said it’s going to be about 12-15 minutes. There was a huge order he was working on “10 pizzas”. It seemed like he was the only one working so okay I gave him until 11 am.
At this time I went outside and waited with my sick son who was patiently waiting in the car for his lunch. At 11 am I walked back in and I could see my frozen wings still hanging above the fryers. He made no comment and there were also another 2 people waiting and no greetings to them either. I finally caved and asked for my refund as more and more customers started to show up. He said okay and continued on making other people’s pizza instead of assisting me. I asked again for a refund. He said okay and carried on with his work still not helping me. I asked again and again. He comes to me at 11:27 am and says he can’t do a refund because he doesn’t have the ability to do so.
Why didn’t he say anything the first time I asked him? He didn’t apologize a single time to me or any others that were waiting. He didn’t move with any urgency. He moved around slowly like what he was doing did not matter. Well it did matter. The food was not made with care, he was very unprofessional, didn’t care about anyone’s time, and he didn’t provide the services I requested of him. My family and I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut at any location.
I didn’t catch the employees name since he wasn’t wearing a name tag. I’ve also attached some photos to my devastating experience.

Came here for a pizza and was told it was ready at 10:16am. 11am still waiting. Don’t waste your time especially if you’re on a timed lunch. I asked for a refund was told he couldn’t do it eventually got the pizza at 11:30am, over an hour after I was told it was ready in the app.

Kapiolani is the worse employee ever. Today I placed an order in store around 105. He then proceeds to tell me it will be 30 min wait. There was 1 other name on the monitor. At approximately 115, it showed both orders as “Ready”, it wasn’t. During the wait, Kapiolani has the radio very loud and was singing his heart out. He’s just naturally a slow worker. At one point he ask if i knew the song and if I sang. The other customer on the monitor walked in the store around 125 and was told his would be ready in two minutes though all orders showed ready at 115. At 130, I asked how close my order was ready and he says two minutes. As he was preparing to get my order and walking to the front, he tells me that my order was for another customer and started laughing and said he was kidding. Pizza was slightly under cooked for a thin crust. I have the pictures and video. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location and I’m disgusted at this employees attitude and lack of pride and effort into his job. If you look at the most recent reviews, this is all the same employee according to the pictures submitted.

I arrived on time to pick up my order but some how every bit of food that I got was cold and soggy and seemed like it had sat out. When I walked into the store I was not greeted at all even though I made eye contact with the employee they disappeared into the cook area without saying a word and came out a few minutes later to give me my $35 chicken wings and single pizza. I tried to chat with an agent and send a refund request through the app and i was told both times that I would be reached out to by the store manager within 48 hours and never heard from them. Really just still wanting a refund since we were unable to eat the food as the temperature and quality was fishy.

I have ordered from the Draper store before and their pizza just is not as good as other stores but I didn’t really want to drive to another store. I placed the order for delivery. My pizza was delivered on time but it is paper thin, rock hard and has a very strange flavor. I don’t think I have ever had bread sticks that were so dry that it would break when bent. The coloring of the breadsticks and pizza just wasn’t right.
I threw out $57 of pizza and went to Domino’s.

The phone service was really bad, maybe by someone who was not in the store??? Maybe in southeast Asia? The home delivery was very good. The pizza was absolutely awful. No cheese and no flavor!!! I will not be using the Draper Pizza Hut ever again.

This visit really left me with bitter attitude charged me for food. And when I got to the store it was locked. Someone inside waved me away. Which is fine I suppose if you but I want a refund. I feel robbed.

I love this location Donovan and Tannya have the best customer service every time I come in they are always with the biggest smile they even remember me and the pizzas are top quality and I will be coming back a lot more thanks for the best service and they should hire more people like that!

Twice I’ve ordered from this location and twice it hasn’t showed up. You call and call yet they never answer. I just can’t understand how they just choose to not deliver or even cancel your order?!? I contacted customer service through the app and they were pretty useless as well.
