From the moment I walked in it was bad. No one addressed me or greeted for 4-7 minutes despite being seen as soon as I entered by the manager Corbin. While i waited to be greeted and asked if i wanted to place an order, i watched the young man making a pizza. No gloves, long hair not pulled back. Unsanitary to say the least. When the manager did come i asked him why I wasn’t greeted to see what type of service I needed. He told me “I thought you were here to do a pick up.” I don’t know how pizza hut trains…but it’s a business model that has largely eliminated thinking. Follow the manual and the rest is cake walk. He acknowledged that he saw me come in. He’s not paid to think. And if he were, he clearly demonstrated that he’s not qualified to do so. I love pizza huts product, but this was dismal customer service and they need to be retrained at this location.

Man what a lame experience. We ordered on Uber eats for pick-up, we live around the corner in the neighborhood. Either everyone just hates their jobs or everyone in there is on drugs because that was the strangest and lousy customer experience. We come in and are not greeted at all at the counter after standing there for over 5 minutes. There were employees around. And they saw us. But ignored us outright, then after we spoke up and just outright said we are picking up our order. The “manager” Corbin who ignored us from the start, just disappears for 5-8 minutes and comes up with our order and has such a piss poor attitude.

I called around 3:15pm on a friday and was told I would have to wait at least 1 hour. I was okay with that. Then he informed me that my pizza would not be freshly made with the wait nor will it be hot. With that being said the reviews that is current neg presented are true. I can say j appreciate him informing me of his laziness before I purchased a pizza. You can make my pizza as delivery drivers become available. But overall thank you for the tip

Been waiting for awhile to try the melt so ordered Pizza Hut. The melt does not have any sauce inside as it is supposed to come with marinara dip. Had a feeling they’d mees it up so almost called ahead of time to remind them to put marinara in the box. It did not have marinara when it arrived and driver said that she did not have any with her. No biggy. It happens but it also basically ruins the meal without it. Called and asked if it was supposed to have marinara which they said it was. They said sorry about it not having any in the box and Corbin put on a manager. The manager said well he guessed that they could send out another driver with the marinara. I said by the time they got here the melt would be be cold. Plus I didn’t want to burn their gas for a marinara. I said a credit on next order would make more sense. He started getting my info and said he would apply the .75 cents that the marinara cost towards my next order. Lol! Out a $5 tip (which I am fine with, wasn’t drivers fault) and dinner. Lesson learned and won’t order again but figured it was worth the effort to forewarn the next customer that the teen manager (not sure if he was a teen but definitely acted like he had not been in the work force long) down there running the place is not real big on customer service so you may not want to pay ahead of time for anything. Pay cash on delivery or better yet don’t order at all. From looks of other reviews this is a common theme.

From out of town, ordered delivery to my hotel room. Took about 20 minutes from order to show up, my delivery gal was extremely nice and pleasant. Pasta was delicious, pizza was good, I’d suggest trying it if you like pizza.

My pizza had no sauce, when I called to have it replaced the manager had an attitude and said “there’s no way a pizza left here with no sauce”. Sorry but being someone who has worked at 2 different pizza joints, mistakes happen, its 100% a possibility. The attitude was not acceptable.

Wow.. Where to begin. For starters, customer service needs to be worked on at this location. The cashier was pleasant to work with, the manager however was rude and disrespectful. Not an apology for misreading and improperly preparing order (complete “blame game”) and in return accused of not reading a website correctly rather than try to offer solutions to the issue at hand. Was told Pizza hut does not offer dairy free options. When last time I checked their website veggies don’t count as dairy and neither does their crust according to their allergen checker. The only reason I give 1 star was because the poor cashier who did nothing wrong, got caught in the middle of it. My daughter even asked for the receipt and the manager took it, crumpled it and through it in the trash. This location is 2 minutes from my house perhaps I’ll take my business to other locations they seem to be more pleasant to work with.

I was trying to order on the phone, kept getting directed to an automated message, when I select #2 to order it beeps and hangs up on you. Had to pull over to order online. Main issue for me, they weren’t wearing gloves when making the pizza, even after they’ve touched everything around in store and cashier area, not following proper practices.
