Ordered a simple pep and cheese pizza and waited the 30-40 minutes only to have what looks to be a reheated pizza that was sitting in the warmer to long? If I had ordered a thin sliced pizza I would be happy but didn’t this pizza was so thin and unappetizing looking I couldn’t even take a bite not to mention the complete lack of cheese fortunately the customer service was nice and offered a free pizza in return after numerous calls and holds

I’ve been ordering from this location for around a year. Normally the food shows up hot and on time. Not tonight, pizza took around 45 minutes to even get sent out, then Pizza Hut shuffled the delivery off onto Doordash, the driver proceeded to complete 2 more deliveries in the complete opposite direction of my house. When I got my food an hour and fifteen minutes later, it was cold. Also the amount of toppings for a large 3 topping are usually a decent amount. The pizza I got is mostly cheese. I will NEVER ORDER from this store EVER AGAIN.

I have recently begun frequenting this local pizza establishment. The quality of the pizza has consistently impressed me during each visit. The convenience of a quick slice is a significant advantage for my busy schedule. Consequently, this location has rapidly ascended to the top of my preferred dining choices. There is a great and unearthly presence within this store. The air pressure inside is a bit lower than outside so you really have to pull the door open. The lobby is empty and barely held together with decorations. The staff here are prone to ignore you; I once asked if they had seen anything strange and they kept asking me if I was here for pick up or needed to place an order. Some times I hear laughter coming from the back of the store. If anyone knows how to reach the staff please tell me.
The food is decent but comes at a satisfactory price if you know how to play their system. Do not bring a gieger counter into the building, the staff will kick you out. Birds and squirrels tend to avoid this place. I am thankful for the staff containing that unknowable, unspeakable presence, but I hope it doesn’t destroy them. Also the icing is back, still no quepapas though.

Horrible communication. Over one hour to get a pizza. Was told 17 minutes. When talking to the clerk, that the delivery driver needed to go quickly because he was getting reviewed for the transaction and he’s been waiting 30 minutes, the clerk could’ve cared less.

Whoever delivered my pizza at about 10:50pm tonight was such a gentleman. I accidentally tipped him a $100 bill instead of a $20 bill and he was so honest in how he made me aware of my mistake.

From out of town, ordered delivery to my hotel room. Took about 20 minutes from order to show up, my delivery gal was extremely nice and pleasant. Pasta was delicious, pizza was good, I’d suggest trying it if you like pizza.
