I’ve never actually said that I was disappointed in pizza, I mean it’s pizza right. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza joint in my life. I ordered a thin crust that was delivered as thick as a regular crust but it wasn’t crisp ot was floppy and rather gross.

I ordered a carryout order for $30.73 including tax. But for some reason my card was charged $36.88. I specifically made sure there was no tip involved due to no waitresses or waiters were involved and I was picking it up. So why the extra amount? I called customer service and they said someone would be in contact with me in 1 to 3 business days. If they remove the hidden charge I would appreciate it. If they do I will change my rating for them.

DO NOT COME HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. I informed staff three times over the course of a month that there were BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS in the lobby and on the underside of the only bench where customers sit. The webs remained undisturbed and the EXTREMELY VENOMOUS spiders were becoming more and more numerous. I have several videos and pictures showing the spiders, and you can even hear staff joking about them in the background. Absolutely horrific.

So it’s taken a little while to write this. The reason being is initially I ordered the Big Dipper pizza. It’s two feet long and one continuous pizza sliced into little rows and absolutely covered in pepperonis and thick cheese. When my pizza arrived and I opened it it looked NOTHING like the photo. It was divided in half and cut like two deep dish pizzas with while still being able to fit my added cheesy bread in the Big Dipper box? How’s that work or fit? I was disappointed by it but blew it off as being one of those times the picture for fast food doesn’t look as grand as what you actually get. THEN when I was talking to a friend today I google imaged the pizza and saw tons of photos of people reviewing their pizzas, and what did I see? Their pizzas look like the advertising and not even close to my pizza. My pizza had random pepperonis all over it and the cheese didn’t cover the entire pizza like theirs. So now I know it was a lack of poor service and bad employees my pizza was what it was.

Decided to order pizza hut for my birthday…unfortunately, it was rather disappointing. The crust had not risen enough and was flat, dry and hard (not to mention, the pizza was ice cold by the time it reached us. This location apparently outsourced to doordash, so the pizza was not insulated during delivery). The flavor of the pizza toppings was normal, but we exclusively order from pizza hut because we like their crust. Ended up throwing it away because it was too difficult to chew through the hard crust. Unsure if I’d order from this location again…

I think the pizza from this location vary’s depending on who is working. Got pizzas 2 weeks ago and 1 pizza was way under-done. Pizza Hut offered me 3 pizzas to make it right. Ordered again and they came hot and done correctly.

Normally our orders come out amazing from this location. This last order was not one of them. Service was rude when I went in to pickup my order. Pizza had been over cooked and the 3 ranches that I ordered were never put in the box. I even asked about the ranch before we left. In an irritated manner and while walking away the man said sharply, their in the box. Got home now ranch. Frustrating because this is usually a friendly place.
