Used to be my favorite place but quality has been horrible past few times. Came cold,dry with very few toppings/cheese. I can get a frozen pizza better than this cardboard. For $40 i expect better.

Watch what you order.. it got confusing on the app. I thought I ordered A pan meat lovers pizza. It looked thinner than what I usually order. I supposedly ordered a hand tossed according to the receipt. The pizza was greasy in the middle and it looked like the meat on the pizza was a bit over cooked.
With my Hut rewards I got cheese sticks and they were also a bit overcooked and burnt. So watch what you order and make sure you get the right one. The Pizza delivery driver was very polite and courteous.

I recently went to this pizza hut and I ordered 1 pan pizza and 1 handtossed but got 2 pan pizzas. I would’ve been fine with it but the handtossed was for someone picky and she doesn’t like the pan pizza, so I was very relieved when I called and they apologized quickly, offered a remake, and even tossed in a dessert. I really appreciated it, even if I had to drive back. Thank you chubbuck pizza hut!

We had a delivery from the sweetest person and the Pizza tasted and looked wonderful but my husband and I both got food poisoning. We have never in 20 years got it at the same time – I haven’t had it in 8 years.
