Pizza Hut has the best pizza delivery you can get. I highly recommend their Supreme with Pan style crust. Their boneless wings are tasty, and if you like some spice the Cajun Style is a good choice. If you want good hot wings, though, Dominos has the best in our town.

I don’t usually do reviews and am and outgoing person with understanding of how to treat waiters and waitresses, but I decided I should write a review on bad customer service. We came here for lunch with our autistic sons. Our kids were being kids, but as children with autism do they had some outbreaks. I didn’t think it was an issue due to there being nobody else in the restaurant, and my wife and I reprimanding the outbreaks as best as we could, but we did struggle because we are new to this. Our kids weren’t crazy but they were loud which I do apologize for. At the end of our lunch we got up to pay and the male server said “if you come back we will not serve you” then proceeded to accuse my sons of things they did not do. I’m a good parent and I would never allow my sons to treat an establishment which such disrespect that they were accused of. Disappointing customer service, and outrageous disrespect towards my completely able children and wife. My children left crying and were disappointed. While disappointed with customer service the food was great. Hopefully to whomever reads this understands and will hopefully have a better experience. Thank you.

The staff and service are great here in Evanston. The issue is that when you call them, about 95% of the calls go to a different location and they want you phone number before they will patch you through. When they do put you through, you get disconnected and when you call back it starts all over again with I need your phone number. They really need to get it together.

One of the last dine in Pizza Hut’s. We always go here when we visit Evanston. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I almost didn’t come back in this time due to those reviews, but since we’ve always had great service we returned. As usual it didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive despite being busy. The pizza crust was buttery and crispy. They made my daughter who is bald feel very welcome. She gets stared at a lot and they helped her smile. They even suggested ways to order so we would get a better value. Thanks for making our trip to Evanston awesome

My son gets coupons from school for reading each month for a free pan pizza. He saved up 3 coupons because he wanted to get him and his sisters some pizza. I did not realize that they expired after 30 days and the Pizza Hut here gave me no greif and let him get his sisters some pizza. Such nice people and always helpful.

Ordered a large pepperoni, 8 piece wing and a meaty marinara…only to receive a chicken Alfredo…when called we were told that the meaty marinara was “discontinued” and that’s fine….but why would we get sent Alfredo when that was not what was asked for? When we called the girl sounded under the influence as well as the manager and we have some of it recorded! A week later and 0 response from the GM and 0 response from corporate about the matter….but they managed to take the “discontinued” item off the menu…but still no comment about the service! Customer lost! Also find it amazing that I see one star ratings responded to but mine got 0 respose after years of spending my money

Pizza is good but delivery service needs work. Was basically told i had to tip because his job didnt pay very good. Told him over the phone when he called complaining about no tip that we didnt have any more money for a tip he was rude and ignorant to my husband demanding a tip. Then had the nerve to tell us thats how we make enemies by not tippong. Maybe pizza hut shouldnt charge over 5 dollars for delivery
