Drove all the way from Monticello Utah to get some pizza and wings I ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza had barely any pepperoni on it it seems like I was just a regular pepperoni pizza

Sure did wear me out a time or two. It was good to pass by and think of old times walking around town. Kept on thinking about the official pizza of the Sooners and stopped for a leg break.
Blue wanted to sniff around a bit and I figured it was a good spot for the day to ask a question and before I could ask, you already answered (again). All I have to say is I, John Driskill, “do”
Glad I stopped at the official pizza place of the SOONERS to take a break, meditate, and think even with all the noise around. I worked for them for a while too in OKC

I placed and order online, upon pickup realized it was not cook thoroughly. Manager David stated nothing to be wrong with my order and refused me a refund. Then ran away to the back while asking for a refund

It is now that I endured such a place where a manager would cancel my online order after I paid, treat my T Mobile deal as a scam, make a new order with new prices, slam the window when I’m confused, and yell at me when I honked to get his help.
I was only trying to pick up my order, not to be yelled at, probably banned. This sent me home and I couldn’t stop crying because I was treated this way. The guy canceled my partners order too after we paid, but got my refund through the app.
The power of canceling orders and thinking I was apart of “Groupon”??? BTW, I am feeling okay now a couple hours later.

Why can they not get a Supreme sandwich right. Everytime I order this item it is not what they show it to be. Grape tomatoes, no dressing, put together very poorly. Pizza Hut manager get with it. Have reported to customer service. Enough is enough.

I’m shocked that a manger would argue with a costumer… Normally we don’t have any problems with this Pizza Hut, but today we ordered 2 large pan crust pizzas. One with extra pepperoni and bacon and the other one with pepperoni, bacon, and black olives. However, what we received was one Pan crust and one hand tossed. The pan crust did have extra pepperoni, but instead of bacon it had Canadian bacon and a strange smattering of onion. While the second one was hand tossed with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and sausage. Normally you’d think no big deal, just call the restaurant and get it fixed. So we called them and they looked up the order and said they’d remake the pizzas, but for training purposes they asked we bring one slice of each back with us. Again, we thought, no big deal and waited another 20 mins and then drove back to the restaurant. However, once there the manager looked at the two slices through the plastic bag and said he agreed that the hand tossed one was wrong, but that the other one was correct. He did not bother to take it out of the bag to actually see that the slices of what he called bacon were in fact Canadian bacon or to see if it had onion under the cheese like we said. Instead, he poked at it through the bag and said he wouldn’t replace that one because he said it was correct. I emphasized again that it was wrong. He wouldn’t actually take it out to check and simply refused to correct it and give us the second replacement pizza. I ended up saying I disagreed with him and drove off with the one pizza corrected. I was absolutely shocked that first he argued with me and second that he refused to correct the mistake.

I at first went to the (not-named-here) establishment next door seeking hamburgers, but was turned off by a number of issues before ordering. So, I figured it’s been years since I had Pizza Hut pizza and walked over to this Pizza Hut. I was welcomed and offered help as soon as I walked in (noting once she finished helping those in front of me). In no time, she took my order for a large, thin-crust veggie and a Pepsi, and – before I was done with the Pepsi – I was walking out with my hot pizza. Back at the hotel, this pizza did not disappoint – loaded with ingredients and that Pizza Hut sauce and seasoning I hadn’t enjoyed in years. I guess this was sort of a sentimental “comfort food” experience, and the two women working that night made my brief Pizza Hut visit worthwhile.

My Family and I have lived in the Cortez area for almost 1 year now, and of all the fast food places/National food chains in the area this Pizza Hut is the best and it’s not even close.
We order several times a month, and they have never failed to deliver exactly what we order, on time and hot.
They have never once missed a topping, dipping sauce, crust or cheese. They are always within their estimated delivery window, and the drivers are always friendly.
If you are traveling through Cortez, order ahead and pick up, or get it delivered, and you will not be disappointed.
