We used to LOVE this location but lately it’s just plain sucked. The last TWO times in a row we’ve ordered we’ve found hair in our food. Tonight we ordered for contactless curbside we arrived when our food was marked as ready. We checked in as well as calling the store (with no answer) two times. Finally, I got my baby out of the car and went inside after waiting for about 15 minutes. There I waited another bit of time before I was even acknowledged. Once I checked in with the associate I was informed my order wasn’t actually ready and I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. Not sure why they marked it ready in the first place. There were SEVERAL upset guests waiting in the lobby in the same situation as me. After waiting a total of about 40 minutes at the location I finally received my order. It was cold and seemed like it had been sitting back there for a while. I also found a hair in my cinnamon sticks this time. I called and complained about finding her another hair in my food. The manager was not helpful and could only issue me a credit to my account. Obviously, I won’t be going there anymore. Finding a hair 1 time could be a off night.. finding a hair 2 times in a row is ridiculous and gross. There were several employees with their hair down and just a hat on. They need to have their hair tied back. The employees are overwhelmed and the food has not been good. They need a major change or a manager that can get control of the situation.

Ordered a BEEF TACO PIZZA. Received a lettuce, tomato and onion pizza on a garlic crust (the crust was good). Looked as if the took a teaspoon of meat and tried to spread it over a pizza. Loaded with veggies. Most of the pizza was crust. Very disappointed. I have ordered this pizza before and it was nothing like this. I won’t be ordering again any time soon. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Personable and friendly. The did remember the extra sauce I asked for also.

First time ordering from this location, went inside to pick up my order. I remember pizza hut being delicious, great flavor & fresh. The pizza I got was flat, not fresh, soggy, did not look good & did not taste good either. Disappointed & will not be ordering from this location again. Hopefully better next time at a different location.

Pizza arrived overcooked, dry and almost stale? The type of consistency that comes from a pizza being left out too long and then microwaved. It was gross.

When you pay over $30 for a med pizza and 4 sodas, after choosing the option for EXTRA CHEESE and being charged an additional $2 for it. You would hope that the extra cheese is there. However, it is not! Either that, or portion control has changed in a sad-bad way since my employment with Pizza Hut… You make PIZZA. Not “lightly topped bread”.

The GM Sierra and worker Kaitlyn and Brooklyn was rude!! I ordered something expensive and didn’t get what I ordered. Instead of helping they just laughed as I was upset walking out. I think someone needs to do something and if someone knows where I can call their corporal please let me know because they deserve no place working there and being RUDE at customer! I recommend NOT ORDERING HERE! rude employees who laugh instead of helping fix the problem!!

I like wings. I have tried wings at many places. Most are fatty and taste like the frozen ones you get in your grocers freezer. I think mostly, it has to do with the sauces. This place has great sauces in a variety of heat and flavors. Great lunch specials too. Their fries are usually crispy outside, tender inside. I go to this Wing Shack once a week and live 30 miles away. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Make sure you say “Hi” to Daisy and Kelly. They are the best. BTW – Call Ahead is great. Call 15 minutes before you arrive and it will be ready when you get there; eating in or taking out.
