Sadly, I love Culver’s burgers, but this location struggles with service to the point, I’m tired of giving chances. I’ve had to turn around from my home and go back twice to get my order fixed previously.. and then today they simply forgot my $1 cheese sauce for my fries. I gave up on the dollar and decided it wasn’t worth my time or their confusion to go back.
Sloppy service/ too many “runners”. Was told to go to the window and then was told to pull to a number. Despite having my order number slapped on my side window, was asked if my name was Gloria, Beth, and if I had a single custard.. all at the same time…. None of the cars waiting were any of those orders and all of the runners returned back inside. Then one runner came out with 5 bags in her hand and finally got it right. This was my sign to check the bag, but to my despair, I didn’t. It’s just cheese, but everything else and my previous visits made me just want to drive away asap.
-Previous gripe, my coke float was rootbeer (YUCK) on the first try, then when the coke float was brought out to me, it was overflowing and spilled all over the side of my car door. By the time I got home (5 minutes away) the float was separated? And it was a soda water float with dirty foam. Not sure if that’s their fault, but never experienced that before.
All in all, I’m over it and will find a new quick burger spot just to avoid the madness. Please work on training and keeping track of orders. I blame management, not the poor workers that are young and clueless haha!

I’ve been to Culver’s, two times now and both times I have absolutely loved their cheese curds. Their sandwiches are very messy though with half the toppings like onions sliding out while you eat their burger, more so than other burgers from other chains I find. Their ice cream sundaes and mix ins are delicious would definitely recommend chocolate with brownie mix ins. They also offer a variety of sizes for their desserts and sides which is useful if you just want a light snack or treat. Will order from here again.

For being a “fast food” restaurant I would consider to be one of the best I’ve been to. The service was amazing and the cashier was very helpful and patient while taking my order. Went with the promotional bacon bleu pub burger and I’ll be thinking about it for the next few days. The bleu cheese used for the sandwich wasn’t overly pungent and had always rich and savory flavor which was amazing. The patties were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the buns were toasted enough to hold it all together. The onion jam was almost missed but they didn’t skimp on it so it came thru at the right times. The sides were amazing too probably some of the best crinkle cut fries I’ve had from a restaurant and the cheese curds never disappoint. The milkshake wasn’t watered down either and had a ton of the fill-ins. An amazing experience overall and hopefully one I can continue to have when coming back to this location.

First time at a Culvers. Been here 25 minutes now for a burger and fries. They were quick to get the order in though. Wow close to 40 minutes waiting and food s ready. I hope it’s worth it.
Food was really good. I realized the parking lot was kinda full. The employees were moving fast but seemed like most was going outside. Maybe they cater to drive thru more than inside?

Honestly I feel robbed of my money. Thr burger meat patty is very good tasting, but that is where it ended for me. The problem is the buns not always properly toasted to hold a very greasy hamburger so it is soggy. Not only that but the Mayo is usually coagulated due to the heat and grease as you can see in the pictures. I have to ask for mayo on both sides of the bun. The bacon didn’t taste good, it tasted old and hard. The 2 patties of meat touch each other with no cheese in between. Cheese on top of one patty and on the bottom of the other patty. There was barely any lettuce at all. I had to go back through to order the lettuce.
If you order cheese curds for $7-$9, don’t expect there to be any sauce that comes with it. No you have to pay an additional $.50 for any one sauce there. After the high price, it just shows absolute greed. The concrete mixer is another waste of money. You pay $5-$8 for an over priced milk shake without a straw. I added peanut butter and marshmallow to the one in the picture, but you would never know it because you can’t see it from over mixing. The few employees had smiles but really seemed frustrated.
Especially when I asked about the root beer having ice. As a customer and not an employee, how do I know that they don’t put any ice in the flavor of root beer. Every other flavor except root beer, have ice in it. That concept makes absolutely no sense and only leaves fustrations for the customer. With 2 coupons being used it still cost $19.21 for what you see pictured. A bacon double cheeseburger, cheese curds, a root beer, and a type of milkshake I guess. The beef patty itself is a great flavor but this place is way too expensive in these times and this area. I won’t be paying my hard earned money here again. Too much it there I can buy for $20 and at least have 3 meals out of it. This is couldn’t finish because of the grease and I had to throw it away. Like I said in the beginning, I feel robbed.

You get 0 stars because I ordered a simple hamburger.., no fries, no drink……and said 3x NO cheese. So I get all the way home, and there is cheese on it. Mind you the American cheese is made of SOY which can be an allergin to some folks. Simple order but you made it complicated. You had one job!!!!
And I see the owner likes to respond to the 5 star reviews on Google but has nothing to say to the customers that he takes money from and disappoints. There’s no concern from the owner to rectify the situation just praising customer that give them 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience at Culver’s thanks to Amiya. Her customer service was outstanding—she was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure my order was taken correctly without making me feel rushed at all. I’ve lived in Florida since 2014 and had never been to a Culver’s until recently. During my visit, I ordered a burger that unfortunately turned out dry and lacked flavor. I went up to the counter to see if I could exchange it for something of equal value, and Brianna assisted me.
She was incredibly kind, professional, and didn’t hesitate for a moment to help. She assured me it was no problem at all and had fresh fish made for me right away. She also provided me with two cards to come back—one for a fresh frozen custard and another to enjoy a regular value basket. This was especially appreciated since my mom has been wanting to try the restaurant.
Thanks to Brianna’s excellent customer service, my visit turned into a very pleasant experience. She is a wonderful employee, and I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation.

I got the culvers deluxe double burger with onion rings and a vanilla scoop with Reese’s candy and peanut butter sauce. The food easily beats any fast food right now. Service was awesome and the restaurant was clean. Its my family’s go to spot for a fun dinning experience.
