Very unprofessional with the whole tip situation and never received the food, called and the sweet lady offered to remake it! Didn’t receive the food until 1 and 30 minutes! When received food was missing from order like they took a bite from it just so disappointed. Also I keep calling and they answer and put me on hold them hang up.

Ordered delivery, a sausage and pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, 2 ranch sauces, and a soda. I got the ranch and the soda. How you put an everything pizza in place of a sausage and pepperoni STUFFED FREAKIN CRUST pizza and send that out for delivery??? Are they stupid or stoned??? Seriously, and then the person on the phone doesn’t even offer to cover the meal or to compesate me with anything other than a replacement pizza. Complete disregarded the fact that I have now been waiting for my real order for over an hour now and I still haven’t received it. As a former dominos delivery guy, this is a disgrace. We rarely did anything like this and if we accidentally did, we always tried to compensate the customer for our embarrassing actions. This is twice now with two different Pizza Huts in a row where they have sent the wrong pizza. Never again, Pizza Hut, never again! And if I were you reading this right now, I wouldn’t either.

Very sassy rude spanish man with a sidepart manager called me pendeha and because im not latin I guess him and the guy’s he was laughing outside with thought it was funny , he’s always rude especially to people that are spending money with their business. I let him think he got away with it but karma comes back around always .

I was just for the pickup and i was there before 2 minutes of ready time and they said it will takes 15 minutes but i waited there for more than 20 minutes still it was not ready. When i asked to the staff she said that you can cancel the order and they treat so rude with me and even when i ask about the order they just give a damn care and started saying rough word which i really feel bad. They don’t care about the customers or the order they just care about to make money.

I ordered on line, spent $47.00 , and never received my order. Spent 2 hours back and forth over the phone with them. Finally they stopped answering my calls. The next day I called to try to get my money back they simply told me there was no phone number linked to my order. This is not my first bad experience stay away from this place.

Terrible customer service! Ordered pan pizza for a party and it arrived as regular crust and cold. Called to complain because it’s plain and disgusting. They told me they ran out of that kind of crust so they could remake it and send it out in 4 hours or issue a refund. Requested the refund and was told 7 to 10 business days. Its been 3 weeks and still haven’t got my money back. Called the store and was told since it’s over 21 days there is nothing they can do. Such a joke! Will not be ordering from them again.

It’s Pizza Hut. I’m sure the goal is to make sure each item is consistent and always tastes the same. I only ever order online for carry out but it’s always ready on time and tastes as it should. Service is good there’s always parking. Store is well lit and clean. I could swear they stopped offering plates but I got plates and napkins.
