Called in an order specifically asked for the “deal lovers” they told me my total $86 & some change. As I was adding up my total & that price didn’t sound right so when I picked up my order I told Paula & she got a manager who said “that’s all I can do” And walked away Paula gave me my new total of 83.68, which was still not the correct amount. she fixed the wing price (because they was not added on the deal lovers) but left the pastas the same price $23.98 when that also should of been part of the deal lovers also.

Exactly what you expect — classic, no-surprises Pizza Hut. The pizza is consistent, hot, and tastes the same as anywhere else, which can be a good thing when you just want something familiar. Service is decent, delivery times are reasonable, and the dining area is clean. Nothing special or unique, but it gets the job done when you’re craving a quick, reliable pizza night.

I would give -5 stars if I could. Just placed an order for 2 Large pizzas, 2 pastas and breadsticks. On one of the pizzas I requested no onions and to add jalapeños; we’ll guess what!? It had onions and no jalapeños. I called back because the last three times I’ve order from here I get something wrong with my order and usually would not complain but enough is enough. I called back and was told would get my pizza; 43 min later I called back to request a refund for that one pizza and was told I could not get a refund and that there was only one delivery driver and could not tell me how much longer I needed to wait. While typing this the pizza came in as hot as if it just came out of oven. Looks like someone forgot to put in a ticket for a messed up pizza. I guess somebody is switching to Little Caesar!

We were driving through on our way home from out of town. There was one other table there and it took much longer than it should have to get our order taken and delivered. Part of our order was forgotten, and brought out after we nearly done while. The staff was rowdy and playing around and banging dishes around in the kitchen while tables were neglected.

The employees and management are top tier. I had an issue when ordering online, and they fixed it with no hassle and credited my money back. They were so kind on a rough day and I can not say thank you enough. Fantastic customer service and of course, great food.

Had order a pizza and some cheese sticks we was the only ones in the restaurant when we did this but ended up having to wait an extra 15 minutes for our cheese sticks while the table that came in 15 minutes after us got there’s first not very happy with the service we had received just a pitty little “sorry” and that’s it. Then had to proceed to wait like 10 minutes for a to go box, and paid over 30 bucks I’m sorry but next time do better and actually compensate for your mess ups. Over 20 minutes waiting for cheese sticks while another table had came in after you had already ordered about 6 minutes prior they got there’s first cheese sticks first.

Both of my pizzas were not made wrong. One had no sauce. The other had no pepperoni. They were lukewarm. The manager refused to re-make both pizzas, only the one with no sauce. Informed me if I wanted a pepperoni pizza I would have to purchase it, even though I already paid for the two they messed up Last visit, they didn’t put marinara with my cheese sticks. I called, they wouldn’t answer the phone. I drove back up there, they saw me at the window and ignored me. They refused to give me the corporate headquarters phone number. I would not recommend anyone eat there .

Breadsticks on the menu in a 5 and 10 count. But was told by the waitress I couldn’t get the 5 count, but she cannot explain why. Add the boneless wings and two of them weren’t even edible. The Cajun fries were way overseased. After I’ve got my drink and meal the young lady never came back to my table not once to see how I was doing, if I needed a refill, or if I needed anything else. Usually with bad service I still give a dollar or two tip but when you do not come back to my table not even one time you get $0.00 tip. Now I can see why the place was empty literally empty!
