We went here during restaurant week. We chose from a special fixed menu. The salad was ok. It had candied nuts that were really good. The artichoke heart were really good. The pork loin was pretty good, cooked well. The salmon was just ok. It was a little dry and not much flavor. The cheesecake seemed dry and very little flavor. The chocolate tasted great, but found a piece of shrink wrap in it. Overall, the food was good, but not worth the money on the full price menu. The atmosphere was great. It is a really cool place. The staff was great. They were pretty knowledgeable and attentive. Some tables are very close and keeping your conversation private is not possible.

Overall, I’m very disappointed in my experience at the coat room. And that disappointment is strictly based on my dinner. Service and atmosphere were really nice.
I was really craving a steak and saw that there were signature steaks on the menu. It was $72 for a filet with no sides. I had to purchase those separately. I figured for that price, I would expect a well-seasoned steak with a good crust. Instead, the meat lacked flavor and had no real sear, making it feel poorly executed. The sauce was abundant but didn’t compensate for the steak itself.
I will say that the lemon cheese pie was out of this world. That was worth it.

We hosted our wedding reception dinner at The Coat Room and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, was incredible. The space has such a great vibe, and the team truly made the night feel special and intimate. The custom cocktails were a huge hit, the food was outstanding, and everything ran so smoothly.
Ranell was amazing to work with! She was so organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making the night unforgettable! The whole experience felt effortless from start to finish. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate!
Highly recommend The Coat Room to anyone planning an event in Saratoga.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Every dish that came out was packed with flavor and beautifully presented — you can tell a lot of passion and detail goes into the food. The portions were perfect, and everything tasted fresh and made with love. On top of that, the overall vibe was lively yet comfortable, making it a place you could enjoy for any occasion. I can’t recommend this spot enough — definitely a must-visit!

Had visited the coat room indoors previously and had a good experience. The indoor restaurant was closed for a private event, so we instead went up to the rooftop. There was a teenager “working” in the elevator – literally pressing the button for you, not speaking or saying anything. He had a tip jar by him which made me feel slightly uncomfortable because it felt like such an unnecessary job. The rooftop is definitely trying to be “club-y” – the seating areas are for larger groups and uncomfortable to find a good place to sit for just two guests. I tried to order at the bar but they insist on a waiter coming over to you – the bartender was another teen and to be honest I did not trust him to make a good cocktail. I changed my order last minute to a beer. My husband got a martini but it was pretty horrible. This place is over priced and trying to be something it isn’t – I wish they got back to basics and just offered good drinks with a good view, vs trying to be a “club” / lounge as if we were in Miami or somewhere super boujee. I honestly will not be back and will spend $20 on a cocktail elsewhere for actual good drinks.

As you walk into the building you don’t expect to walk into this adorably charming restaurant but as soon as you open the door you are greeted by two very friendly hostesses and shown to your table. We decided on the Burrata salad with pickled watermelon, yellow beets olive oil and balsamic beads and micro greens. For dinner we chose the Truffle Mushroom pizza and absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend!

Great location in the heart of Saratoga Springs.
Great food and service. Has roof top for cocktails, then first floor restaurant .
There were 8 of us and catered to a private room.

Nicely appointed inside, staff was nice. There weren’t many people there and we ordered the two most expensive dishes, they were both served incorrect. We had already waited about 40 minutes, when they asked about remaking it, honestly wish they had just offered to comp the cheese plate that was 1/2 of 1 of the meals, but no. Can’t say we’ll be back. Kind of disappointed.

First time dining at this establishment, and I have nothing but praise! From the moment my fiancée & I walked in, we were captivated by the restaurant’s warm and inviting atmosphere. The aesthetic effortlessly combines elegance with comfort, making it the perfect spot to dine. The service truly set the tone for the rest of our day. Alex was phenomenal—attentive, personable, and clearly passionate about providing a top-notch experience. His recommendations for cocktails were spot on! The handcrafted cocktails were a highlight, each one beautifully presented. We look forward to making our way back!

We went for before dinner drinks. The service was impeccable. From the warm greeting as we entered to the skilled artisans behind the bar, it was a welcome start before dinner. We went elsewhere for our meal but will certainly return to sample their dinner menu.
