Basically we arrived at the store at 9pm to pick up our wings and pizza as I open the door I notice one of the employees leaving with what looks to be my order. The manager yells at me from the door and tell me I cannot come inside. I told her I had a order to pick up and she said she had tried calling us and we have no phone record of such. The website says they close at 10 and they we already closed at 9/9: 30

GIDDINGS TEXAS Pizza Hut has the worst manager. According to her a perfect pizza she made herself was mainly crust, no toppings. This was a stuffed crust pizza, or whatever it is, I wouldn’t call it pizza. I complained to her that it was mainly crust and she insisted it was perfect. In fact, she said she was generous with the toppings.

I was hung up on twice and the young lady had no manners over the phone. I was quoted $10 more than the actual cost should have been. THEN there was a wait of over an hour to get the food. Very shoddy service.
