I had called my home store while driving realizing the store would be closing in 25 minutes, but I was on a time crunch to feed my family after working a long day. I had placed an order over the phone and when I came in to pick up my order, Kaleb greeted me once my order was ready with the kindest demeanor. I am sure he had a long day, but he absolutely went above and beyond not just for me but the other person waiting while he was completing out all of those last minute orders that were on the TV screen. Kaleb’s professionalism, ability to move quickly and efficiently deserves to be recognized and rewarded. Please realize this is a small town and most locals here have slim pickings the later it gets, so when I find a gem like Kaleb, it is paramount that I do my part and make sure corporate and management hear of this employees excellence. A great attitude in service is not as easy to come across these days. My order was HOT, correct, and neatly packed. 6/5 stars here. Thanks for dinner.

The pizza was so oily that if I ate it all I’d get a heart attack. Oil literally dripped from the slices it was absolutely disgusting. The cheese was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. It was basically inedible besides the crust. Don’t recommend at all

Just wow. $42.00 bones and I got a raw pizza and undercooked wings. This was the 2nd chance. Won’t be a 3rd unless something dramatically changes. Mr/Miss Owner, maybe you should address the complaints instead of praising “good” reviews. It appears undercooked is a theme and it seems like something that is easily fixable.

I ordered a Detroit pizza last Friday and had it delivered. After over an hour I received the pizza. The pizza was not fully cooked. The crust was doughy and not cooked. I called pizza hut and was told by the manager I will get credit. I called tonight for a pizza the manager tonight said there was no credit under my name. I explained to her that when I received my pizza last week it was doughy and not cooked. After speaking with her she said she would send me a pizza with a snarky attitude. Upon delivery tonight the pizza was nearly burned all of the meats and vegetables were burned and overcooked, the crust was overcooked dried and crunchy nearly burned and the cheesy bread sticks were the same.

I really dislike giving a negative review but this establishment really has been going down hill for a while. The quality of the ingredients and their taste leave a lot to be desired. If you live in Dripping Springs and want a pizza you will regret ordering from here.

Hire folks and train them. I arrived and let them know I was there. I was assured my pizza would be right out and they would bring it to my truck. 30 minutes later it had still not arrived. Staff appeared to know nothing about it although my name was clearly visible on the receipt through the warming oven. Sad.

Last night Wednesday night they were on point. The employee was very nice pizza was ready in a timely manner. Was hot and tasted perfect. MY Husband looked over at me saying this is really good (with a mouth full ) and I agree. Some times unfortunately it is not! Then its a while before we go back. Wouldn’t surprise me if pizza hut is in our weekend plans.
