The food was absolutely amazing but when the food was brought to the table we asked for ranch for our wings. Told we had to buy it for 1.00 plus tax. Ok I paid for a small pre packaged ranch. Then a family right next to us got their food and asked for ranch the same employee said ummmm then went to go get it. The man yells 4 please and that’s what they got. They didn’t have to get up and go pay. Why?? To be sure I kindly asked them if they had to pay for the ranch. They said no it comes with the wings. My husband and I are nearing seniors and feel that we were discriminated against. Never again will we go to pizza hut.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut since I was a kid. Thought I would order delivery in Calallen. Big mistake. 15minutes to “order” via phone. Simple pizza and wings. Lady had me spell, phonetically spell, repeat, then repeated wrong to me etc. 1 hour later they call me to ask for CC# again. Then driver calls me from a totally different address! Why do they hire these people to answer phones (Call center in India)?! Still waiting…..

NEVER AGAIN. I’m a manager at a pizza restaurant so I know how it is. It’s understandable that everyone is ordering and they are backed up with orders, but every other Pizza Hut said 120-250 minute wait. (At least it was honest timing). This location said 35 minutes. It was the closest open location near me so I selected it and ordered. I even waited 20 min after it saying our order WAS READY to take off to the restaurant which is another 15-20 drive. Once we arrived we were told it would be another HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES if we still wanted it. RIDICULOUS, if that was the case we should have been contacted informing us it was going to be delayed instead of it saying the order was ready. Not one to write reviews because as a restaurant manager we strive for the best service but this is terrible

As we walked into pizza hut we noticed that it was kinda warm in the building. The employees had a small fan facing towards the kitchen and one box fan in the dining room. We ordered a large pizza and drinks. We enjoyed our meal and as we exited the mgr or night mgr thanked us for dining in. We exchanged thanks for everything.
