Save your money and go somewhere else. This was easily the worst pizza experience we’ve ever had.
Our order wasn’t ready at the scheduled pickup time, and I had to stand around waiting another 15 minutes with several other clearly frustrated customers. When I finally got the pizza home, it was a complete disaster. It looked like it had been thrown together in a rush. The cheese tasted old or like the oven was cranked up too high to push orders out faster.
To make matters worse, customer service was useless. I was told “upper management” would contact me about the issue and a possible refund. I have followed up 3 times and have been told the same thing. “Upper management will contact you in 1-3 business days” it’s been a month and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.
Between the terrible food and nonexistent customer service, this place clearly doesn’t care about its customers. We will never be coming back to this location.

Store was closed early. No sign. Did not update to turn off online orders.
Went by to pick up order, lights off doors locked. Called to see if they were open twice, was told closed and when i asked to cancel the order then they transferred to corporate line. Had store call me an hour later to ask of i was picking up my pizza.

I Paid $57 for pizza from this location and it arrived cold and stale—like it had been sitting out for 20–30 minutes before delivery. Completely unacceptable for the price.
I called the store and spoke with the on-site manager, and instead of offering a solution, she blamed me for accepting the food at the door. She seriously suggested that next time I should make the delivery driver wait outside while I bring the food into my house, open the boxes, and taste it to make sure it’s good before letting them leave.
That’s not realistic, reasonable, or how food delivery works.
Between the poor food quality and even worse customer service, I will not be ordering from this location again.

When I opened the box it appeared to look really good from the top but when I picked up the pizza Nasty soggy pizza should have never left the store like this. I have a stomach bug my kids don’t so sending it back is not an option I’m not gonna pass whatever bug I have. This pizza is Absolutely disgusting. Crust is so thin it just hangs. It’s all soaked with grease and soaked up the moisture from the sauce. Soggy and just Don’t waste your money here. The manager and general Manager both arguing “well it wasn’t soggy when it left here etc etc” nothing but attitude, as if I’m making this stuff up. Highly unprofessional. I told them they could see the pictures on their review. $44 bucks down the drain. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE

I guess I missed the memo…Pizza Hut is NOT how I remember it to be , pre-pandemic. I dined in and wasn’t aware that orders were made at the register (even tho the ” wait to be seated” sign was visible). No pepper and parmesan available at the table and no fountain drinks available, no hot plate for a table side pizza delivery (box only). I feel like I did a carry out but I store. Now is the age of new beginnings for Pizza Hut, I guess. I was sadly disappointed.

I ordered the Big Dinner Box with traditional wings and an order of cinnamon sticks. My order arrived hot and fresh and super fast! My expectations were greatly exceeded. The delivery driver provided excellent customer service. Everything in my order was delicious! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut when you are in the mood for pizza.

Prepaid online order, get there and have to stand in line for over 10 minutes to get my pizza that’s already ready to go.. cashier skipped me s few people but still,I should have been able to come in and get my pizza right away and leave.

Do not order from these people unless you would like cold food, uncut pizza, undercooked as hell, and can’t even send a cold drink with your order…what a disgrace. Next time I’ll come in and make it my damn self sense it’s so difficult to make a order the right way on a Monday HA what a joke

This place is the pizza hut I remember when I was a kid my parents would bring my sisters and I and they would order two big pizzas and with hamburger and pepperoni and cheese then all of us would go to the salad bar .I would put extra croutons and a alot of salad dressing the thousand islands. and we all seat close by the windows at the booth.the service was great because the waiter would service you at your table also the jukebox kept the place from being dull.the prices back then was much better.that place brings back the good old days.i was impressed and the food is still great.
