I came all the way from Montreal just to try Wingstop, and wow… absolutely worth the trip. These are hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. The flavors are unreal — the Garlic Parmesan is rich and addictive, the Lemon Pepper is iconic, and the Mango Habanero hits the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Every bite is packed with flavor.

Horrible service. Ordered uber eats, missing my large fry. Called to let them know my husband would be coming to pick it up (after we paid the ridiculous uber fee. A young woman answered the phone, placed me on hold and never came back. It was long enough for my husband to show up, get served the fries and return back home. Ridiculous.
Oh also, husband said when he picked up the fries they didn’t even offer an apology. Just hire robots at this point

This is my first visit at this Wingstop. Ordered the wings online and the site said it about be ready in about 18-23 minutes, but overall it me 30 mins. I did notice another customer waiting for a very long time.
The staff here were extremely polite and helpful. Place was clean, mask is mandatory, hand sanitizers etc.
BWW is my usual stop for wings, but here I liked the lemon garlic flavor, but didn’t quite like the original hot.
I’ll go back here, try some other flavors and add another star if am fully impressed.

I don’t know if they get tiny fries from the manufacturer but this isn’t $7 fries… literally just pieces left over from the fryer or something cause maybe i had 10 pieces of long fries from large seasoned fries… all of them are tiny pieces with burnt taste… chicken is good

Could not have been a worse experience. Ordered a special and they decided to give me a different order and call it a combination. When I brought it to their attention, they said I got what I ordered and paid for. I DID NOT! After completing a surgery, they called and had the same attitude. They had “reviewed the video” and didn’t bother to mention me pointing at the special when I ordered, and when I questioned the price at the counter. Corporate never responded to the survey I did on their website. Terrible customer service, expect to be wrong no matter you do – you are only the customer and the business is always right. Choke on your chicken.

This is a one-star review due to the fact that I place a big order $77 worth only for them to actually mess up and not complete my order while I’m taking out. Got to be careful. Once you order from this spot, make sure you got all your things in there, especially if you’re getting a big order guys. We’re not being professional. How do you not serve water cups at a “fast food restaurant” at least pour us some water your self or something that’s unbelievable it’s never that serious… workers are very moody/lazy as well just be aware if your going here that you will not be able to pour your self some water.
