Everytime I want to order they never have a delivery person. and they don’t call me to tell me. Then one time I waited for my order and they said that my address was wrong. Lol umm I know my address plus she said the number was wrong on my door. It was lies. The delivery person didn’t get off to check so they said they won’t deliver it at all that if I wanted my order to go get it. Rude. Always have a problem but I love their stuffed crust pizza and don’t like domino’s pizza. My order today was horrible. Pizza was good but my chicken was very poorly made. Full with oil at the bottom. Was suppose to be garlic parmesan chicken And ordered fries but they put like 6 fries in there. Was disappointed

Food is consistently awful. I’ve never had a good/great experience with the food. Deliveries can be late but usually the drivers are nice about it. Never want to eat at this one ever again.

Pizza hut sure is dropping the ball I ordered my food at 735pm and said it would be delivered 30-45 mins yet here it is at 925pm still no pizza call number of times at 830 said it was out 20 mins I waited still nothing even went to go get it and was told driver had came home and I still waited for my food sauce don’t have much in it pizza all cold wing are not even hot like wtf…. No more buffet. Mozzarella sticks were gritty and inappropriately seasoned. I want to send an invoice back for staff development because it’s not my place to train their staff how to talk to people, take orders, and what goes on a pepperoni lover’s pizza. Miserable experience.
