I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and the pizza was for 3 people. I asked for ranch and they would only give me one total for 3 people, I had to pay extra for 2 more, and they were very rude about it. So Pizza Hut u keep ur ranch because u just lost a customer for good, I will get pizza somewhere else

My family and I went to pizza hut for dinner a couple weeks ago because our 4 year old wanted pizza for dinner. It was a busy Friday night and they were pretty packed. We were seated rather quickly and our drink order taken. I have a dairy allergy so deciding what to eat is always a chore when we go out to eat. Our waitress checked on us several times while we decided what to order. I complicated things by doing half a pizza for my son, plain cheese, and half for me, toppings and sauce but no cheese. I thought for sure when she walked away that I had made the wrong decision and wouldn’t be able to eat with my family because if they messed up the order,I’d have to have a whole new pizza made and by the time it was ready, my family would be done eating. Our waitress was still very attentive despite the amount of people dining in. When our food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had made our order exactly right and I was able to enjoy my meal with my family without suffering a severe allergic reaction. So, thank you pizza hut for great service and great food.

The staff that were there were good, but it felt like their management set them up to fail. I called in a carry out (after trying and failing to place an order online for 25 minutes but that is not this locations fault). Pick up was for 830, but I did not get the ordered pizza until 920 pm. The order was incorrect and barely cooked but I didn’t want to wait another hour to get it corrected since it had already taken 2 hours to get 2 standard pizzas. The staff I dealt with was great but it felt like he was carrying the whole shift. He mentioned several folks had quit, not shown up, or left with hours left in their shifts (including the manager) and they were forced to have staff working outside their training. Hopefully this locations leadership see this and choose to make some changes that support their staff and improve customer experience. 2 hours to get an undercooked and incorrect pizza was ridiculous.

Service is slow , pizza was under cooked, sodas had to much syrup not enough CO2, when told to waitress, pretty much got nowhere. The salad bar was the best thing we ate. Just so you know how bad the pizza was, our dogs turned thier noses up at it. And all this for for $44.00 plus a $5.00 tip. It must of been the diner rush ,I think the entire town of 9 was out celebrating something. So if your ever in Caldwell Texas, eat at McDonald’s or the gas station.

Restaurant was clean, pizza was good. Deducted two stars due to service issues. The staff were very nice however there were issues with things not being brought to us, like enough plates, a requested menu and then the biggest issue pizzas being brought in boxes when our order was for eating in. This made it very hard to serve four people at a booth because we had to open the boxes one at a time and the lids to the boxes made things almost impossible. When the server brought the boxes she said there was something wrong with their computer so the kitchen couldn’t see if orders were to go or for eat in. She knew it was for eat in so I am not sure why she didn’t fix the problem before bringing our food in boxes.

It would be nice to know when you order water during the lunch buffet that you will be charged for a drink at the time you order and not when you are ready to check out. Just raise the price of the buffet to include a drink of your choice with the exception of beer or wine.

It was pretty good. Hard to believe a long pizza cost $20, but I guess that’s just the way it is. Probably won’t be back, I’ll buy a frozen pizza and dress it up a bit.

The place was clean and fast, restroom were clean and the staff was friendly.. During rush hours it does get delayed a bit but I mean is to be expected.. Hopefully everyone will find it as pleasant as me..
