They gave me garlic bread rather than cheese sticks and a burnt pizza, when I called to have my order fixed I was treated as if I was after a free meal and told I couldn’t keep the mess up after I had said I wanted to bring it back. They said a lot of people try to get free food from them. My order was over 40 dollars, I don’t want nothing for free but I do want what I payed for. I work for my money just like everyone else. The manager who assisted this store, Rude and unprofessional.

Really loved finding a Pizza Hut that still has a buffet. Was so awesome, great throwback. The pizza was fresh, staff were friendly, restaurant was pretty clean. They even have a small bar. Will definitely go back. I ordered the wings and they were not that great. Only $9.95 for lunch buffet

This was the worse pizza hut I had ever been to. Me and partner sat down to eat asked for dr. Pepper and sweet tea, gave us sprite and dr. Pepper then gave us unsweetened tea and dr. Pepper then finally got drink order. Then when asked for ranch and marinara gave us the ranch and ketchup. When asked for marinara they insisted that the ketchup was marinara. Overall worst time ever and just kept getting order wrong then would argue that its right every time

Stopped in during ‘normal’ lunch on an atypical day: there was a larger group (20+?) of young men, who I presume was a local HS team or big group of HS friends.
So the buffet was getting emptied, the staff was struggling to keep pace, things (I don’t feel) were normal. It was a bit of a mess, and also don’t think it would have been fair to take pics under those circumstances.
When they left, 1 of them tried to straighten up a bit, at least getting chairs back in order. I hope they all tipped appropriately!!!
Kelsey, my waitress, was a complete gem. She was trying her best all over (they all were, and im sure kitchen staff was too).
The pizza I did get was good, never ordered wings. Salad bar was ok, desserts also had to be ordered so I skipped.
I’ll give this one another try next time I pass through. Pizza Hut buffets are pretty rare these days!

I placed an order online for two Large pizzas as well as one order of bacon cheddar cheese sticks. Which my family usually does modt weekends..! .I went out of my way and immediately called after I Placed the online order Because I was unsure if it came with the marinara dipping sauce or not so I calledto ask for or confirm ( or make sure to remind) that there would be marinara with the bacon cheddar cheesesticks. The lady that answered the phones name was Greneth or Gwen.. Anyways the point of this review is this. She was kinda short and rude when I called the first time. This is before the order was picked up by a family member. So when the order got him there was absolutely no marinara so I placed a call back and spoke with Gwen as she answered the phone when I called back and for a lack of a better way to put it, she basically laughed at the fact that she did not put the marinara on the order. She made the remark you are “the guy that just called about the marinar” and then she laughed.. well, the thing is , I just spent nearly $50 on some food. Then I called to make sure I got what I ordered. Then after that when I didn’t get the food that I ordered and then called back to discuss it got some very poor and unprofessional inconsiderate and basically in your face I don’t give a damn service. I don’t want anyone to lose their job. Especially in the holiday season but hopefully this problem in customer services will be addressed!

If you want to wait for a long time to get your food and for your waitress or waiter to for get your order while your starving. Oh let’s not forget that the food is not all the way cooked and the chicken Alfredo is nothing but the pasta swimming in water down cheese dripping while you take your first bite than this is your place to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone literally speaking for myself and the experience I had so next time I’m traveling I’m not going to stop at this Caldwell Pizza Hut ever again and just pass it.

While the girl in the window was handing back our change, she had sneezed and covered her mouth with her hands and used the same hand to give back our food. Disgusted, we were very upset. She could tell we were upset and she had an attitude when dismissing us.

Best of the last few good pizza huts left. Management and staff are really nice and respectful. I go almost every single day just to give them.a a little bit of hell! Overall good.
