I had quite the peculiar dining experience during a recent visit to this establishment. To set the stage, I visited this location at around 9:30 pm with a group of 8. We were greeted at the front and were told to sit wherever we liked, as we were the only customers there. A kind man got our drink orders and before we even got the menus, a somewhat older woman came out with a piece of paper that detailed the items that they currently would not make. I found this to be quite appalling seeing that we arrive an hour and a half before the establishment was set to close. throughout our dining we were served mostly by the same kind man as before and I appreciate his friendliness. on the other hand, the older woman was very rude and I was not pleased with her interactions towards our group. furthermore she also messed up one of our member’s bill and was rude towards him because of the altercation. Overall this was a less than mediocre visit, and the two stars that I deemed fit for this review are only due to the kind man’s friendliness towards us, though unfortunately I missed his name.

Horrible. This is twice in a row on late delivery and bad taste. Ordered (2) large pizzas and 16 Honey BBQ wings with a Pepsi. Order shows up late, again. Pizza was not in a hot bag–it was all cold. And the pizza and wings were dry as a bone. I mean Dry. No sauce to be had. It was like the bread soaked it all up and the wings barely were covered with no sauce on the bottom. The toppings were paper thin on top too and the crust was burnt. The whole order tasted like it had rode around in a car for about an hour. Today, I called and asked for the manager (lets call him Mr. V) and he could care less. He told me he was out yesterday and no telling what happened while he was gone. I told him that with this continued lack of service, he is going to force me to start calling Papa Johns and he said “I hope they treat you better”. WOW. A manager that does not care about customer service or if the customer’s business stays.. Ok, you get your wish…less business from us. This place has gone to the dogs.

To start off the male manager saw my wife & I walk in & made us wait in the lobby to be seated 20 minutes. I walked over passing the buffet & asked to be seated again & we were ignored & continued to be on the phone (the manager). There was only 1 waitress she was super nice but her manager made us close our “tab” because he wanted her to be out by 9 he didn’t want to pay her over time. & it was only 8:20. Management was being super mean to our waitress. She kept saying sorry but it was just a very uncomfortable way to have our dinner also mentioned how they didn’t close until 11pm.

Poor assurance, the guy just told me they would take 1 hour on my pizza because there’s no one in the kitchen. And that was after I came to deliver the pizza they gave me. Thin pizza without ANY sauce. Inconsistent pizza’s too. They need to change the manager.
