Very depressing experience. They’ve pretty much gotten rid of the whole dine in experience. No table service anymore. You have to order at the counter. The order comes to go as in boxed up for delivery even though you’re dining in. Paper plates. They no longer offer parmesan cheese, you have to buy.

I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom with extra mushrooms. When my pizza arrived there weren’t any mushrooms let alone extra so I called spoke to the manager on duty he reassured me I would have a credit pending for the pizza. When I tried to get my credit/pizza they do not honor what the other guy said. Poor customer service

If that was a $14 large pizza(3 topping special) Id hate to see a smaller size Pizza here. It was bare minimum at best. I guess it’ll be another 10 years before I give PH a chance again. VERY POOR QUALITY PIZZA. Toppings were sparse and cheese was almost non existent.
