First time ordering from here and I regret it. $36 Pizza took 1 hour and 10 min to get here from when the store is located 5 minutes away. The pizza has not flavor.

I get food from this location very often and I always have a wonderful experience! The entire staff is always cheerful and very helpful with whatever I need. Ordered online pick up time was 5:13 I drive to store only to be rudely told it wasn’t started yet and would be another 20 mins and it ended up being 40 mins. Then l watched a women with blue hair running her hands through her hair touching her cell phone then continuing to make pizza! Definitely won’t be ordering from this papa ginos again and the girl working the front needs to learn customer service and how she speaks to someone

Y’all this place has the best service we’ve experienced in a long time (since before Covid )! The staff (which were mostly young adults) was super friendly and attentive! They weren’t just sitting around like you see in most places nowadays… and when we left they were super sweet! The food was very delicious! Web order for pizzas and subs. Large Italian shows up with no cheese (?) , no banana peppers or hots (as requested) – skimpiest amounts of meat and vegetables I’ve ever seen. Not worth anywhere near $10.
