Horrible! Service was horrible and the food was horrible!!
I was told 20 minutes for two small personal pan pizzas and two orders of wings. I waited 40 minutes on my lunch hour.
I saw the two pizzas in the back just sitting for over 10 minutes. I asked a guy if he could bring my order, and he said she’ll (the lady who took my order) bring it to you. I’m just the cook. It would’ve taken 2 minutes to hand me the 2 boxes.
It appears she just threw the wings down and poured the wing sauce over the wings and pizza.
She chose to give me bone in AND bone out because i sure didn’t ask for bone in.
The sauce was everywhere but in the wings for the most part.
The sauce was in the bottom of the box which got on my pants. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, there was a hair in one of the boxes!
Bad service! Bad customer service! Bad food!
I’ll never eat here again.
I should’ve left after noticing how dirty the place was, and the cook was not wearing gloves.
Now that I’m thinking I may call the Department of Health.

We tried the new tripple treat box and are extremely disappointed with what we received. More so, how the pizza turned out. It tastes as if it were made with nothing but sadness and hatred. For the world, for life, and whatever else the poor pizza maker might be dealing with. It is truly a very sad, letdown of what should have been an “easy dinner night” for our family. The pizza is thin for starters, but it felt as if I were biting into a thin slab of concrete. I needed a moment to make sure all my teeth were still intact. It was well over cooked. I would go as far as to question just how exactly Pizza Hut was able to FOSSILIZE an entire pizza. TWO at that. The breadsticks came out fine but sadly, that along with the cinnasticks won’t be a sufficient dinner for my children. Overall the pizza was terrible and inedible at the end of the night. We won’t be returning to that particular Pizza Hut again. We’ve wasted time, gas, energy, and now money for something none of us will eat.

Strangest crust I’ve ever had. Weird almost like a tortilla. Besides that point I ordered extra sauce and was given next to none. So pissed. And it’s being delivered so I paid like 10 dollars for that element alone. Pizza hut has gone downhill. Then I tried to call the store about my order and was on hold for over 10 minutes. 🙁 really not happy spending 25 on one pizza that has no sauce on it.

Ordered two large pizzas via the call center in India. Paid with my credit card. DoorDash sent a driver who didn’t speak English. He wanted me to pay pay for the pizza again. Called back to the call center in India. They couldn’t do anything to help me and you can’t call the store locally. So, I paid for pizza I never got and now my family is hungry. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent phone interaction with your Pizza Hut location. When I initially called to place an order, the individual who answered the phone was extremely rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. The tone alone made me feel as though my business was an inconvenience rather than appreciated. The call ended with the employee abruptly hanging up on me, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable.

Feeling disrespected, I called back shortly afterward. This time, I was informed that I was speaking with the call center. It was immediately clear that this second interaction was different—calm, professional, and respectful. This confirmed that the first individual was someone physically working in the store, not the call center.

As a customer, that initial interaction left me frustrated and genuinely disappointed. I expect a baseline level of respect when conducting business, especially with a national brand like Pizza Hut. Customer service is often the deciding factor in whether someone returns, and in this case, it was handled very poorly.

In my professional life, I work in environments where adherence to FDA standards, accountability, and professionalism are critical. Those standards demand clear communication, respect, and responsibility—especially when representing an organization. Because of that background, I take service and conduct very seriously, and this experience fell far below what is acceptable.

I am not writing this simply to complain, but because I believe this matter should be addressed. I strongly request that the individual who handled the initial call be spoken to and retrained on proper customer interaction. No customer should feel dismissed, disrespected, or hung up on.

I hope Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and uses it to reinforce the standards of professionalism your brand is known for.

Went to order a pizza in person and was charged 17.30. Ordered the same pizza on my phone while waiting for 10.81 and walked out with both pizzas. No explanation for why when I ordered it in person it costs 7 dollars more. Just a shoulder shrug. The is no integrity in this place. While I was waiting there were 2 other customers who came in to make a complaint about there particular order.

August 27/2025: Ordered online and the order was sent through doordash, they forgot the garlic sauces that were part of the meal deal I spent almost $50 on, what a wacky dystopian service, tried calling the store, and was connected to a CALL CENTER?? I just wanted to know why doordash was handling the order when I ordered through Pizza Huts site, such a weird experience, and the last one for me and mine.
Old review–>11/10 they always deliver fast, and are nice. Pizza is always exactly what you’d want. I’ve personally never had any issues from them, and have ordered delivery for several years. Extra Pepperoni’s, they gotchu, see picture related.

My delivery was given to someone else and I was told that first their door dash system was down, then doordash doesn’t do deliveries for them. Then I went to cancel the order but was told that it was credited back to doordash. Logged into dootdash with no such credit. So basically I lost my money and no food.

Sorry to hear about everyone who had bad experiences recently, but I gotta say they were awesome. I placed an order and then tried to call them because my friend told me that quepapas were discontinued (after I had just ordered some) and they didn’t answer the phone. After 4 tries, I decided to let fate take it’s course. My pizza and quepapas were delivered fresh and hot less than 25 minutes after I placed my order. Fastest delivery I’ve ever received. Great job y’all.

The pizza was horrible. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be fool of pepperoni, and there’s barely 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. A medium Pizza also states, there’s 16 slices. There’s 8, so I don’t know what they charged me for but it’s not what I got. Twenty three dollars for a pizza that sucks.
