I usually love visiting this specific location. However, today was an exception. The service was really rushed and rude. The food was put together quite sloppy, the drink tastes really watered down and it started to separate not long after. Considering it was over $20, it would have been nice to actually put in some effort. This young employee who serviced me seemed really agitated and couldn’t even bother to show some basic respect.

Our favorite SPOT in the area. Always clean tables, friendly service, consistently good food and beverages. If you can, don’t for get a sweet treat from the bakery case! We’ve come here about 6 years. My daughter and I consider it ‘ our’ place to come before dance at The Fit Physique, or just a nice quiet Sunday lunch place. The soft seats by the fireplace are nice, with books available to read -for adults to kids. A nice raised bar runs along the front windows with ports to plug your electronics in for convenience.

I’ve spent many, many hours here over the years getting work done, having business meetings, and meeting friends. Their food is fresh and delicious. My favorite is the salad with berries and the London Fog tea. The people behind the counter are always so friendly and helpful. It’s nicely decorated for Christmas.

The food is consistently delicious, and the servers are always kind and patient. Prices are much more reasonable than Starbucks, which is a huge plus. The music is just right—not too loud or distracting—making it a really comfortable place to relax. This has easily become my favorite spot to hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee.

This place is a gem, the best Machiato I had in Buffalo NY.
They have other food and sweet options as well along with coffee.

I come here fairly regularly but this time, the entire floor was so filthy, my feet were sticking to it. Winter salt, sugary coffee drips literally all over the room, dust, dirt, etc. Doesn’t anyone ever clean??

After a beautiful day and an excellent dinner at a local restaurant, we decided to forgo a desert and head here for a coffee and desert for a change of venue. It was clean, welcoming, well-lit, and what we would expect a Spot coffee to be like in Kenmore. Due to the fact that it was late (9:00PM), we wanted do go the decaf rout. While they were out of decaf, the barista offered up some Americanos. He was very friendly and courteous. Now that I go back and think about our experience, it would have to be him that made the visit memorable. We decided not to have desert as the case was sparse of anything that we were up for. Again, it was late at night and we figured that there wouldn’t be much to choose from.
