I went for the Tuesday $2 personal Pan pizza deal. I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. The service was fast and the cashier was friendly. The pizzas were hot and fresh. However, I was thoroughly disappointed when I got home to see I only got 1 pepperoni per triangle. To make matters worst they cut the pizza directly on the pepperoni’s. I did attempt to call back and make a complaint but wasn’t successful.

Very good customer service! They made a small mistake on my order and apologized about 10 times. I was fine with it, no big deal. They said, they can make me something extra for free! Thats how you treat a customer!

I was in the mood for pizza so I called my nearest Pizza Hut here in Ftworth but, I was on hold for a bit longer than I wanted so I hung up. However, I was surprised when their call service rang me back. The lady helped me place my order so calmly and patiently. She went over their Specials and the toppings available. I ordered their $10 five-topping carryout special.
It was hot and ready for me upon arrival. The cashier was friendly and helpful and I was quickly on my home.
The pizza was thin and crispy with plenty of pepperoni, Italian sausage and onions. Absolutely delicious.
It was a great experience and it satisfied my craving for pizza.

Hands down, one of the best Pizza Huts I have visited. The buffet was stocked the entire time and they even asked what flavor I preferred. Came with a drink. 2 thumbs up!!!

UPDATE: Last night they overcooked our pizzas. I had Bacon and Cheddar and he had pineapple and pepperoni. Both were dark brown with black highlights. This location will never earn 4 or 5 stars. They just don’t like their jobs and they hate dealing with people. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes as the girl talked on the phone. She never said a word to me until I turned to leave. She asked what I “wanted”. I told her I needed to pick up my order. So she hands it to me and walks away without another word. Others in my household like the pizza. That’s the only reason I go here.

Everything was great. The reason for 3 stars is the Men’s Room. OMG, it is disgusting. If i hadn’t already paid, i might have left. I definitely washed my hands AND sanitized before going to my table

I tried giving this place another chance and it still aweful.
I dont understand why peiple make you do 2 hour interviews online only to get bad workers working there.
I ordered a pan pizza to dine in and gues what?
They brought it to my table in a freaking box !!!!!!!
Fountain machine is busted so they only have bottle drinks.
They forgot 1 ranch and i didnt have the energy to even say anything cause at the end of the day nothings changed.
No tables were cleaned in the 1hr that i spent there.
The restrooms were so bad it looked like it went through a war.
Guys,if they dont take the time to clean when its not busy you can only imagine how the oven looks!!!!!!!!!!
This pizza hut needs to be demolished .
In the 90s people use to care about quality.
In 2023 no one wants to work.
Whoever eats here must have a lead belly cause i get sick easily, no wonder we still have covid cases. Its places like this that dont sanitize .i left photos so you clearly see no one was there. No reason not to clean.
You really really really need Corporate to come to this location. The service is very awful, No one ever works the front desk and no one ever picks up the phone.And whenever someone does, they take the order and it takes over 3hrs to get to your house.
