UPDATE: Last night they overcooked our pizzas. I had Bacon and Cheddar and he had pineapple and pepperoni. Both were dark brown with black highlights. This location will never earn 4 or 5 stars. They just don’t like their jobs and they hate dealing with people. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes as the girl talked on the phone. She never said a word to me until I turned to leave. She asked what I “wanted”. I told her I needed to pick up my order. So she hands it to me and walks away without another word. Others in my household like the pizza. That’s the only reason I go here.

Young AA girl in here kinda lazy. I ordered through Ubereats on night and I did a pick up. I called the store and asked if they could bring my pizza out to me because I’m disabled and this young girl kept asking irrelevant questions as if she did not have time or want to bring my order to me. “Did you order curbside delivery”?last question asked cause I hung up. Clearly you don’t want to bring it cause you should already know the answer to the question if I’m calling you and what difference does that make? Bring me my Da ORDER! Whew.. Ive never seen such incompetent young people as I’ve seen in this younger generation. Whether it’s technology that has slowed their brains down cause it does everything for them or these parent were too busy handling & juggling & managing while the computers raised them. I did not mention her first questions because they were way off of what I was talking about so I just let her rabble on until she could understand what I was asking. SMH

I ordered pizza and wings. I only got the pizza. I called back they said they use door dash on Sundays and that’s why they didn’t bring my wings. He said he would send them out. 1 1/2 hrs later I get my wings. I was only 3 miles away. And they were cols just like my pizza!!

I asked for extra sauce…they barely put any sauce at all. Pizza was dry. They hardly put any cheese and didn’t even cover the whole pizza, I could see the dry crust under the toppings. This location needs some huge improvements.

I ordered a dinner box to be delivered to the hotel I’m staying at and an hour and a half later the driver says he can’t find the hotel after I confirm he has the right address and he said I gave him the wrong address. I asked him to take my order back to the store and we will just go pick it up. He said his boss told him he can’t do that and to give it to a homeless person. I asked again if he could just take it back to the store and we would pick it up and he hung up on me. I was very nice and apologetic that he could not find the hotel. Right after I get a message saying my pizza was delivered. Now I’m being charged almost $50 and still have a hungry family to feed.

If I could give zero stars I could and I work in customer service. I never make negative reviews ever. I hate to be “that guy”. I however can not believe how this store gets away with taking and order, charging your card, and then never delivers the pizza.
