Waited 10 mins for someone to come up front to take my order. Ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and cheese bread. Waited 30 mins asked where my food is to be rudely told my order is made in the order received. Waited another 15 mins just to receive uncut, under cooked, cold pizza and cheese bread that was burnt

The drive up is super dark. They had a small piece of cardboard in the window. “lobby only” written on it. Only problem is, I had to use a flashlight to see the writing!
One of the pizzas was supposed to be the “ Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni”. Didn’t even come close to what the pic on the website looked like.

Spent 15 minutes past the expected time waiting on wings and both of my pizzas are missing most of the cheese on them, it looks like the cheese was taken off.

Truly the worst food experience I’ve ever had (literally anywhere), which is unfortunate considering I’ve picked up pizza from Little Caesars more times than I can count over the years. To summarize, I pulled in the drive thru and was told it would be a 5-6 minute wait for any pizza. I have the employee my card, they swiped to charge, and then they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring the pizza out when it was ready. After TWENTY FIVE minutes, I finally parked my car and stepped inside to see what was going on then went back to the car to wait again. I would normally have checked in sooner, but I had a crying toddler in the car and didn’t want to take her out and back in (but had to anyway). Finally, the employee came to my car and apparently, during this 25 minutes, another car pulled into the drive behind me, was given my pizza and I was forgotten about. At this point I was in tears and told them I couldn’t wait and just wanted a refund. The employee told me that I could go and I didn’t have to do anything, and he would take care of the refund for me (thinking to myself thank god I didn’t have to get out again, I even asked if he was sure he didn’t need my card). But, the refund never came so I called the store and asked if they were working on it. To my surprise they told me that they couldn’t process a refund without me being in person and with my card… which is completely opposite from what I was told at the store. Well two days later, I stopped in in-person (waiting 20 more minutes) just to be told I still couldn’t get a refund because they couldn’t find my transaction and I didn’t have an order number for them. So ultimately, I spent upwards of an hour of my time for absolutely nothing AND paid $8 for it. Which, yes, isn’t a lot, but it’s the whole scenario that was just unbelievable. I will never be back.

Tried to go in tonight to get 2 hot n ready pizzas and breadsticks. It took forever for someone to come up front. They chose to talk to each other, dropping f-bombs & other swear words. The kid finally comes up, took the lady in front of me order, I go to order and I’m told there are no hot n ready pizzas ready and it will be 25 minutes. Horrible service and the place is filthy. Need to fire everyone there and start over!

Paid for my food via drive-through employee said he would bring the food out to me when ready he never came drove back to the drive-through asked a different employee asked if they had my kind of pizza ready he said yes so it was just sitting there and was never gonna be brought out. Open the pizza only to find it was paper thin and half the pizza had cheese missing terrible place do not recommend will never be going back.

We really enjoy their pizza. A nice selection and its very convenient because you can order ahead online. There isn’t a lot of room to sit and eat inside, however you could if needed.

We got 2 stuffed crust pizzas and the entire middle of both pizzas was completley oily and gross. What a joke. Drive thru order was very unprofessional and obnoxious crew.

10/10 I called in last minute they still took my order. Pizza was fresh and piping hot! I can’t remember the last time I had lil caesars as I stopped eating there after one bad experience but this place was on point pizza was fantastic. My only issue was how greasy/oily pizza was. Outside of that I’d comeback and order again.

Ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza for delivery, got a stuffed crust instead. I understand if they had to give me a replacement because they were out of pretzel crust, but my pizza was covered in such an unholy amount of salt it was inedible. It was so salty I couldn’t even taste the pizza and almost threw up. The whole thing went to waste.
