I called to place an order, but they left me on hold and never took it. When I arrived at the store, I saw them just standing around doing nothing while I was still on the line. The guy tried to tell me it was the call center, even though I could hear my own voice coming through their phone. He tried to lie without realizing the call was still active. ( Jamaican dude)

This pizza and wing were inedible, I spent over $40 dollars on this food and it was disgusting. The pizza was old and not fresh , I believe they gave me an old pizza that someone didn’t pick up ,and they refused it. The wings were cold and also old. They didn’t even bother mixing the sauce with the wings they just throw it on top. SEE PICTURES. everything was horrible I took one bite and threw it away, same with the wings. I would have drive back for a refund but not worth driving back. It’s better if I never go there again. We ended up buying Papa John and their pizza was amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had an upcoming doctor’s appointment, so I stopped in to domino’s.And picked up some pizzas for the girls at the office. That is why I didn’t rate the food because I didn’t eat any. But I can tell you, I believe her name was Sarah behind the desk cooking Pizza. She was very pleasant.

Going Places
Ordered online, 2 orders, only one went through. So I ended placing it inside and had to wait 15-20 minutes instead of it being ready when I arrived. The guy who took my order was helpful, friendly, and quick with my order. I didn’t have to wait as long as suggested time. Pizza’s looked and tasted great. This Domino’s has a place to eat inside, but were out of plates. Overall, this was a good visit, clean and orderly. Definitely will order here again.

A few weeks ago on a Friday evening, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza via phone & was advised it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon my timely arrival, pizza was not ready & there was numerous customers waiting. There was a TV monitor on the wall which named the customers & their estimated time for pizza to be ready. My name stated my pizza would be readying 5 minutes. Time kept passing those 5mi uses & nothing! Customers kept getting their pizzas except me. After 30 minutes waiting, I told them to cancel my order & went to a competitors pizza place & was out in 20 minutes. Needless to say, Dominoes lost a loyal customer! I guess they didn’t care a “pepperoni!” Dominoes, especially this shop, has horrible uncaring service. They’re selecting their customers they want to wait on, which is discriminatory! Domino’s pizza?? NO THANKS!!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I placed my order after I got an alert saying my pizza was delivered 7 mins after the driver JEAN left the stores waited another 40 mins before I called figured it’s Friday night maybe they are busy, so the man at the store calls jean to which Jean tells him he already delivered, so while on the phone I go to the vacant house up front to see if he left it up there and surprise surprise, like a Christmas miracle he pulls in 2mins after he lied and said he delivered, and when I asked why it took so long he said traffic, mind you as we are talking only 2 cars drove by, I even pointed that he didn’t come from the direction of the store, and we’ll from his explanation the u turn he had to make is why it took 54 mins to deliver room tempature pizza. And then he had the balls to look at me odd when i left no tip ….

Ordered food from them with an estimated delivery time of 6pm with the app showing it left the store at 5:50. App showed the driver sitting in a parking lot a quarter mile from my hotel for 40 minutes. No calls for updates. Had to wait on hold with the store for 10 minutes for them to tell me he was outside my hotel and coming in. 15 minutes later it finally showed up cold. I didn’t expect much ordering from a Dominos but it seems they know how to always disappoint.

Absolutely horrible
Ordered a simple medium pizza at 6:42 p.m.
Delivered at 7:01 and only handed off to me AFTER the delivery guy basically pressured me to tip
Sit down at 7:15 and realize I have the entirely wrong order
AFTER 5 that is five phone calls to the store in which I basically played a game of getting a hold of someone and being fed false promises
Here it is 9:00 a.m. at night still no dinner The incorrect order and having to go out in order to gain a refund because no one will pick up at the store
There’s better places just go there
