Food was great…delivery driver seemed to have attitude because he had to call and let me know he arrived at the door. Only thing was….I ordered touchless delivery which meant he should leave at the door.

I’m always eating here because it’s usually good but today I ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage on half the other half bacon and hamburger and they put Italian sausage and pepperoni hamburger and bacon on half and the other half a cheese pizza then they play like they transferred me to somebody just for them not to answer and hang up on me so rude… I was really hungry too just to get the wrong thing a cheese pizza wow Might need to switch locations but this was the closest to me I’m going to Hate the extra drive tho if I could have gave no stars I would have pay $15 just to eat one side I could have ordered cheese sticks if I wanted a cheese pizza

Pizza came 3 hours after I ordered it. The claimed I had no apt number on the order, but I think it was an issue with the website. Even if I didn’t the website should be smart enough to ask for an apt number. The website also had an old number so they couldn’t call me. Okay, that one is on me I guess. Should have updated the Pizza Hut account to correct a number I haven’t had for 10 years. But why they couldn’t email me than since that’s was how I placed the order? After I finally called to check up on the order it still took them over an hour to send the pizza back out. But to top it off, the real reason I left 1 star was the manager showed zero empathy. If he would have just said “sorry for the trouble and confusion”, I would have been 100 percent okay. Not sure why it’s some peoples life mission to be as rude as possible. I recommend a better person talk to your customers. I don’t like to complain but sometimes its nice to just get a “Sorry you had a hard time” acknowledgement, which that manager was unwilling to do and made me feel worse about the situation. Especially when dealing with Hangry people.

Had my food delivered missing several things. I had to take an Uber to the restaurant because they wouldn’t answer the phone and had to have my order reordered that way. Very unhappy to be honest but the only reason I didn’t give a one star review is because only four people worked at the store, including the delivery driver. So I did feel very bad for them. But I’m upset that I had to pay more money to get my food.
