Ordered a Big New Yorker pizza and some bacon cheddar cheese sticks. Pizza was basically the same size as a large pizza with a bigger box but the big deal was that it seemed like it had been sitting there for 3 days. Stale and hard as a rock crust, the pizza sticks were fine they just didn’t give any marinara sauce so it was just dry.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered the Pizza Box with BBQ boneless wings, & some of the wings were raw. Yes, RAW!! I bit into one & wondered what was “chewy”, & I looked at my boneless wing — raw. When I called the night of, I was told the manager wasn’t there. I called back the following morning, & I was told the manager was out making deliveries. How can you leave your establishment with not one manager on duty in case there’s an incident?! He finally calls me back & offered a $10 CREDIT for just the wings. A credit for RAW boneless wings that I bit into. I barely even got an apology! This is a serious health violation. Thankfully, I barely ate anything in the box because the “only way” I apparently could get a refund was to return the box — which I did because who would even consider eating anything else?! The fact I even had to return the box for someone to believe me is absurd. I know more could’ve been done, & I will be reporting this because someone else could’ve consumed raw chicken as well. I’m disgusted, & I will never eat Pizza Hut again.

This is the third time ive ordered from this location and the delivery is horrible. If i pick the pizza up it has always been fine but place a delivery order and the pizza is super thin with hardly any cheese sauce or anything. It also got cold fast and became hard to chew and even bite The manager is very nonchalant, he practically told me they make good pizza and i could go order somewhere else if i didnt think so. Waiting now for the driver to get the pizza so i can get a refund. They need new management and someone who can make a proper pizza

The order was delivered half an hour after latest estimated delivery time on given window. When I tried to contact the store they would either hang up on me, or what sounded like putting the headset on the counter and moving it occasionally to produced a sharp noise in my ear. The pizza when it finally arrived had oviously spent some time horizontal.
The pizza tasted like it it had spent the last hour under a heat lamp, and the only saving gracing being the extended delivery made me so hungry I just didn’t care anymore. I never knew digiornos pizza were so spot on with there advertising about delivery, and it would have at least been fresh.

I change my review of this place now… Sadly, they have started delivering by doordash. I ordered for delivery, and when it said the delivery driver was at my place, I went outside to see what was taking so long. the doordash driver had dropped my pizza all over the parking lot. she then called Pizza Hut to see about getting another pizza for my order which was now already late. she had the manager of Pizza Hut on speakerphone and I could clearly hear the manager say, “Forget it. We’ll just cancel the order.” Seriously?! I then called Pizza Hut telling them what happened demanding that they resend me a new order! 3 hours later I finally was eating. I’m never ordering from there again!

Mmm mmm good!! This location is in a sketchy area, however I did not feel unsafe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I called my order in and it was ready when I arrived. After a long day Thank You for the food and smiles!

Several incorrect orders, unapplied “safety” seals, and balant “well, what are you doing to do about it”s later, this location proves just how far an individual franchise can push the entire brand.
This is a location that will ask “so why don’t you just drive back here to throw out the $20 dollars of wings we just incorrectly made instead of wasting my time?” during a pandemic, as if it was your fault they couldn’t read an online order from their own system.
