Placed order for delivery through the app, i ordered the Ultimate bundle and upgraded my pizzas to large. In the app, there was an offer for 25%off for delivery which took $8 off my total, and my card covered the remainder. The driver comes to the door and says there’s a $8 balance. I said idk how that’s possible because my card was charged for the total less the 25% discount. She said I can’t deliver the pizza until the balance is paid. I said if the order wasn’t covered by the payment method, it wouldn’t have processed. She said she was gonna go back to the store. I asked if she was taking the pizza back, which she said yes because of the balance. Then she said I can call the store and she’ll wait for the manager to tell her what to do. I started calling the store. She left. I spoke with the manager, “Trey” who went back & forth with me about the matter. I explained the app doesn’t have an option for partial payments and I can’t manually adjust to pay everything but $8. In a very annoyed tone, he agreed to send it back out. I got the order, now barely warm, and there’s two barely cut mediums, instead of the two large I paid extra for. I called the store, was on hold for 18 mins with people picking up the line, and immediately placing it back on hold. When “Trey” finally picked up the phone, I explained i received medium pizzas. He asked me to describe the box, which i did. After several seconds of silence, he claimed that was the large box. I told him, I know it isn’t the large box, and I measured the pizzas before I called to make sure i wasn’t tripping. Again, annoyed at THEIR mistake, he cut me off and said “I’ll credit $6 to the number.” I mentioned i also didn’t receive the sauces with the order, to which he responded “$7.” This entire experience was ridiculously frustrating. It isn’t my fault your system screwed something up. it isn’t my fault you had to come to work. It isn’t my fault that you’re dishonest and made the wrong size pizzas.

Hate to leave a bad review but my experience here was Horrible. Food was late, they claimed they had to remake it fresh but it wasn’t even hot, cheese not fully melted. I had to go up to ask about my order several times before I finally got it. Definitely need better training.

This is the first time that I ever experienced something like this! My pizza was burnt! Thank god I always looked first before I leave! It was baked too long! The only thing they did was re make another pizza didn’t over anything else! Even gave me the burnt pizza to take home! No complimentary food for their inconveniences!

Place is absolutely ridiculous. The building, location and style of the place is not the issue. The service and employees are. Came here at exactly 9:56pm, ordered ahead of time on mobile, app says it would be ready by 10:17, after waiting outside the building to be let in (because they lock it) at 10:15 we walked in, they didn’t even make it. 10:30 they said the breadsticks was the last wait. 10:35…. THEY SAID THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO A DOORDASH DRIVER! And offered to remake it instead of a refund. No compensation. Writing this at exactly 11:00pm (when they close) and still haven’t gotten our food. This place is a joke, no manager or owner to talk to about the issue. 1hr and no food, ridiculous!!!!

I had to read the other review first to see if how I was feeling was mutual.. I gave them 3 stars cause my order was made to perfection with the extra cheese on everything. I can’t give them 5 stars for this location because I was at the store and showed them the coupon/online deal ANY LARGE PIZZA FOR $12.99 and when I showed them the online service was not allowing me to place my order, (tried to give me a medium when the coupon clearly said ANY LARGE FOR 12.99)the young lady laughed it off like “oh well”,and charged me 19.99 for the pizza. When I came back to get my pizza, others were there complaining about their orders. The young man who helped was friendly but when I showed the deal online and online wasn’t working he said my cost would be MORE if he honored the deal online… I will go back JUST BECAUSE I LOVE PIZZA HUT and it’s across the street from my home. Please do better management.

I ordered the Pizza Hut melt and it was delicious. The crispy texture of the crust was superb. The price is excellent! It took forever for a cashier to come and take my order and I was the only one in the store. A Team Associate was looking right at me. If I had not driven so far I would have left. Not a good experience but a delicious pizza melt.

29.50 for the big new York Pizza ( nearly stormed back in the store when i saw this sad excuse for a Pizza. Ewww, it’s flat, greasy & missing pizza character, aka pepperoni. My kid convinced me to keep it cuz he didn’t feel like waiting for food to be cooked), a 2 liter Pepsi (had to get 0 sugar Pepsi because it’s the closest thing they had. Not too horrible ♀️)and burning hot boneless wings.

This location is the worst. I placed an online order for carryout for 2 large pizzas. On one of my pizzas I think they forgot to put the pepperoni on and realized it afterwards and stuck some on there and stuck it back in the oven bc they were just sitting on top of the pizza. Look at the pics and decide for yourself. It’s always an issue when I go here. It should’ve been a sign when they said they were out of crust.

This location is a mess! I ordered online & when I get there to pick up my order one of the men said 5 more minutes! Waited for like almost a hour until I had to ask for a refund!! A lady even got there way after me ordered her pizza there & got her order before me!! I would give this place a negative ZERO!

I placed my Order over the phone.2 medium stuff crust pizzas. Pizzas were not cut right and the pizza was so flat. Tasted under cooked. I never had pizza hut this way before. So disappointed with my order I tried calling to talk to a manager was placed on hold and then they hanged up on me twice. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Waste of money. Next time I will not order for this establishment. Just so disappointed I couldnt speak to anyone who could correct my order. Do not order from this place unless you want to waste money and eat undercooked pizza .Very disappointed with my order. Bummer
