This order made me sad. I love pizza and have gotten pizza here before and it was ok but today, mush and greasy is what we got. Door Dash did the delivery but the pizza was under cooked and floppy and again just sad. Kids not impressed at all. I added pepper but you can see the grease soaked and under cooked dough in the pics.

Staff was excellent with their customer service. However, the place smells like a sewer is backed up and is very sticky and icky. Needs a deep clean up front and probably the back. Disappointed that thus place got rid of the Hut Seasoning. Or the employees just didn’t want to use it. I had it on another order about 3 weeks ago. Prior to that I was also told they didn’t carry it any longer. I don’t know if that was a fluke 3 weeks ago or if they are lying to me. They need to bring back the Hut Seasoning!!!

This location used Door Dash, whose driver could not find my address in the age of Goggle maps. After waiting an hour, I notified the store, and the manager offered to remake what would have been a cold pizza and use one of their in house drivers, with the addition of some breadsticks at no cost to make up for the inconvenience. After waiting another hour, I had dosed off and was awakened by my phone. It was someone from Pizza Hut informing me that they had tried delivering my pizza, but the driver could not get ahold of me, and did I still want my pizza. I said yes, and they said it would be about 10 min. I then checked my phone but had no notifications that I had missed a call or text. True to their word, 10 mins later, there was a knock at my door. The driver handed me a crushed box containing a cold pizza… and no promised breadsticks. I handed him a $20 for a $17 order and received the “thanks for the lousy tip attitude.” Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from any Pizza Hut from now on.

Ordered pizza on the app and it stated was ready. So showed up and pizza was not ready. One person working. She should have closed the store. We waited for over 45 mins for our pizza. I went in cuz I saw the guy before me leave with pizza. No one at the front so I just stood there waiting around 10 more mins. When she came to the front with someone else’s pizza meanwhile mine had been sitting in the waiting spot. Will never order from this location again.

Horrible experience with Doordash that delivered pizza. I paid for pizza over phone and had to call store to prove it to him. As a result of him refusing to give me my food it got cold. The store manager was apologetic but did not offer anything for the terrible experience. I won’t order ever again from this location unfortunately.

I think this location has the potential to bring in great revenue. However, the guidance from the manager and district manager is greatly needed. There should be someone at the register but everytime customers walk in, all you get is stares. It’s like the employees dont want to engage with you even if its just to pay anywho, I ordered a pizza and after a hour of waiting, I vowed not to ever go there again

I tried to order a pizza, when I mentioned I had a coupon they said well we’re a franchise store and we don’t have to honor corporate coupons. Well I don’t have get food from y’all either. I can go anywhere else to get food and I will.
